Went in last week for 2 combos. I bought their fundraising key tag and ordered a frost, didn't get it. Tried calling but I guess too busy to answer.When I told the manager" about it she argued that someone would have answered

Still easily the best fast food salad around, and service is quick. Not a fan of the new makeover where everything is grey tones and no more retro music; the vibe isn't as cheerful. Always short-staffed, they really need to hire more people to keep the line moving quickly. And no, Wendy's, don't make your already skeleton crew do more, just hire more people. These guys are run off their feet every time I see them, whi know how they keep a smile on their faces.

The food is always awesome here....service is spotty at best. It is not uncommon to get a grumpy girl at the till- if the equipment is not working she is worse or if they are having problems scanning your Wendy's app offer be prepared to be yelled at. They do have problems with the bathrooms...it seems from transients being in there too long, so they will lock them. Often I take my meal to go, as the tables are dirty (I have gone in at different times and this still rings true).

Food was great for fast food, although the service was a bit slow. Always was wondering why the drive-through was packed and went in to order. The people working there were pretty slow to take orders and everything just was below the normal fast food restaurant speeds waited around 5 to order, and again to get my food

Ordered sausage egg n cheese biscuit. Got egg n cheess only. No meat. Went back to window to complain and they were so slow. Took 5 mins to begin making a new sandwich and i was late for work sad expirience not the first time

Waited over 30 min to not get my food saw 4 other people get served the same food I ordered. Asked for refund and heard staff arguing over who's fault and who's fault it wasn't.Supervisor said they would talk to staff though it seems like it's going to be harsh blaming and criticism then constructive.Shame I was looking forward to it.It's a franchise, owners refer to your manuals and hire the right staff...

Goood food , hot . However we have to move seats twice due to people being in there , homeless , smelling awful and nodding off high. My child was quite saddened as we're we .It's not the restaurant fault as it's a problem everywhere , they have no where to go.However the manager did nothing ... That's bothered me .

Good food, decent service.. can tend to get a little bit pricier for a 'fast food' joint;; but the manager is quite a b**ch; and will call the police on you if you are more than 30 seconds in the washroom; not to mention she follows you in there standing with the door open.
