Chris did an excellent job managing and working on a significant renovation in my home. He kept me informed of important details every step of the way, and ensured that I was happy with the outcome of his work.He regularly went above and beyond what I would have expected from a contractor, and acted upon any feedback I provided. Chris is a trustworthy professional, who clearly loves what he does and takes pride in the quality of his work. I had called Chris back in 2019 for a quote and I had the same problem of him booking an appointment and not showing up and no follow up. It took several tries of contacting him which I finally got through and he told us that he couldn't make it. What happened to the common courtesy of letting your potential customer know that you can't make an appointment that you scheduled. Everyone has a busy schedule so to set time aside and have a no show and not have the decency to then pick up calls and return them is very unprofessional in my opinion. We did eventually get him to our house but our timelines weren't met so we decided to pass and use someone else as we had to get our job done within a certain timeline. Fast forward 2 years, he's still doing this business and reviews looked good so we tried him again, he booked an appointment for 12 today and again no show. Called him multiple times but no answer. Finally called him from a different number and he answers and his excuse was he called everyone but me to cancel all appointments. According to him I was in his calendar so how unorganized are you? There's nothing more frustrating then making appointments and not showing up and then not picking up calls, I'm sure the only reason he finally picked up is because we called from a different number. Everyone's time is valuable, not just yours and I gave you a second chance and you're still doing the same thing. His work may be good but what should be more important is not standing people up as we had to free our schedule. At least let people know or call them, just very disrespectful. I don't recommend this guy at all based on my experience with him. If this is how you treat people the first time before you even start a job, that tells you a lot about someone and how their punctuality and professionalism is. I don't normally leave reviews but this time I had to. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he wasted my time once again! Please don't waste people's time!

They are extremely passionate and dedicated to providing outstanding quality renovations. You can see the craftsmanship and the time they spend on ensuring that the work is done efficiently to exceed client's expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to do renovations, big or small.

We are new to Sudbary, so we wanted some renovations done prior before moving into our house. We put complete trust in Chris and his team and handed them the keys. Everything was done on time and really good quality of work. Not once did i have to point out any problem areas. They look well after youre stuff and deliver on their promises. If there is one tiny room for improvement, it would be for more freqeunt respons on custumer qeuries. With that being said i will use them again and will defnitely recommend their services. Very good quality work!

Chris was efficient and professional. he came in understanding we had a time limit, and was done before it was up. he has now worked at 2 different properties we own, and im sure will work at more ! 10 out of 10 !
