Haven't left many reviews at places but I heard really good things about the Montreal smoked meat sandwich so I decided to give it a try.Honest to God 11/10. This is hands down the most delicious smoked meat sandwich I've ever had the privilege of eating.The meat is DELICIOUS, tender as all hell (basically melts in your mouth), and the flavors are on point. No overwhelming salt content, and no need to use excessive mustard. Absolutely flawless sandwich.

I have to say of all the 4 smoked meat delis we tried in Montreal this was my favorite overall. I think Reubens actually had the best smoked meat. But Swowdon was very close 2nd. The local feel and the clientele that come here make the place. Much less touristy than Schwartz or Reubens. They offer good side dishes and more options as well which I liked. Service was great. For sure go here when in Montreal.

I came for the smoked meat and was swept off my feet with that beef brisket sandwich. The smoke meat sandwich was excellent and such a delicious bite. We ordered the smoked meat medium to get a softer bite with the fat and it was truly a great deli experience. Now onto that beef brisket, that was truly melt-in-your-mouth goodness that I didn't expect. Make sure to order it with gravy!

No need to add pictures or more words to describe the food.One of the best smoked meat sandwiches in Montreal. good bread, no extras like cheeses but huge quantities of thinly sliced smoked meat served hot...I would drive back from Mississauga to Snowdon to savour it again. Top notch service as well.
