Nice fenced dog park ..no water though in fenced area..have to bucket it over from parking lot area..so 4 stars

Bolivar Dog Off-leash Area
Great park! Clean and spacious for dogs to get a real run going. It had a covered table, good grass and some gravel. No mud and next to a baseball park and fields. The patrons are very helpful in keeping the park clean. Nice view of the mountains too.

It's a great little park, but it does not have a water fountain for dogs, there is no patch for you to walk with your dog. And there is only one garbage can at one of the openings to the park But it's a big open area for the dogs to run and play. There are some small trails in the back of the park where you can go for a walk with your dog, they do need to be leashed in that area.There is a drinking station for the dog but it's out of the park close to the parking lot. You have to leash your dog and go there for a drink and come back.Some ppl do bring a bucket and put it in the park but it's usually not fresh or clean.

Bolivar Dog Off-leash Area
It's a pretty wide open space. Much bigger than an average dog park in the Vancouver area. It's well maintained by the city and it's not crowded at all, probably because of the location. Pretty good park if you are looking for a quiet space outdoors to train your pup etc with minimal distractions

Amazing for dogs but be careful about their owners, some are really stupid don’t understand the rules and they claim that you are the one responsible for their stupidity!A reminder for all dogs owners, the small area before entering the park is there too help the dogs to acclimate with other dogs. If you see two big dogs and you have smaller dogs, ask or wait before entering to see reactions of the owners or the dogs already in the park!Don’t assume be responsible and hopefully everything will be alright!Don’t forget to understand and follow the rules. License your dogs before entering!
