One of the Saults' newer restaurants, we dropped in for lunch. (first time there) Nice looking restaurant. The waitress was very pleasant and prompt. She explained in good detail what the day's specials were and again about our choices when we ordered..The food however was not that impressive to my wife and I. Chuck's claims it's Famous Ceasar Salad but I'm not sure where this would be famous. It was a simple salad and it was bland. No extra condiments or dressing. Not all is lost as our son and his wife both had the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich and they said it was delicious. Fries and side salad also.Perhaps the dinner menu may alter my overall score.

Worst place I’ve been in Sault Ste Marie. We had to wait 30 minutes for the menu, which by the way there was always a different waitress. When we ordered we had to wait 40 minutes for the food.The nachos were all sticked together and that salad.. do not order it! It’s the worst thing I’ve eaten in a long time. I thought it would be some bittersweet salad but it had a LOT of that brown sauce.. It seemed like ice cream sauce, it was extremely sweet and didn’t match the rest of the ingredients.But the worst wasn’t the food, it was the attention. They brought us the dishes without cutlery.. we had to wait almost 15 minutes to ask one of the waitresses for knives and forks because no one was paying attention. How do you serve dishes without something to eat???And the funniest thing.. when we asked for the ticket, we gave the waitress a bill and she asked us “How much do you want back?” Insinuating that we should tip them.. Unbelievable.Please, don’t go there.

The service here is quick and delicious.The staff is very cool, fun and accommodating.Our server, Rocky was TRULY INCREDIBLE. His stories, his demeanor and his smile make the night something to look forward to.The bartender Amber was new, but did her very best to keep us drinking and having a good time all night.The server Jake was clean, fun and professional.The server Meghan was funny, quick witted and very good at her job. Ask her about Demon Slayer.Let's talk about food :The steak is cooked and seasoned to perfection, the ribs are better than you've had and the lobster is tasty and even though it's from Cuba, it is next level.I also tried their prime rib burger. It is juicy, hot and something you HAVE to try if you like burgers.The gravy has a nice flavor, the corn is grilled and they also have one hella of a Caesar salad.Their desserts are next level. HIGHLY Recommend the bread pudding.Cheap beer, big tvs , amazing food and to die for desserts.10/10!!

You will get add on charges for everything and food was not good!!Went to Chucks Roadhouse in Sault Ste Marie.Ordered a hamburger and told them no other toppings except extra pickle. They actually added $1. To bill for extra pickle slice (when they saved not having to put on other toppings).Told child they could pick fries or oinion rings, yep, $1.99 fee they didn't mention.And then there is an honest to goodness fee" added on to check.The food was terrible

This place has great prices. The service was decent, food was delicious with one exception.I had a full rack of ribs with fries. They served me fries that were at least 45 minutes old and refried. They were extremely stale, hard, and burnt.A tip with the nachos, maybe put the salsa and sour cream in side dishes instead of blobs on top? Its very unpleasant.Other then that, I really enjoyed the food.

A great place to eat when visiting Sault Ste Marie. Wife and I each had T-bone steak supper and it was grilled the way we like. Our waitress was very pleasant and frequently checked our table. The atmosphere is great, all open concept airy. Highly recommended.

The service was the star of our experience at Chuck’s. Specifically, Shelley was a wonderful server; attentive, knowledgeable about the menu items and just generally a nice person to the “sister wives”.(She’ll get that reference!) The food was quite good for the price point. The only disappointment was that the entertainment system could not be adjusted so that we could hear the Stanley Cup hockey game. Definitely a return choice for these travellers.

Loved this place. We happened upon in when driving through and their advertising on the building is what enticed us in. We had a great time. The food was great, the service was great and the prices were the best. Worth every penny. After eating here I was excited to see that they are in Barrie as well because we were heading there on our vacation and now planned on eating at Chuck's in Barrie.
