Horrible, “maintenance” guy is very obtrusive, looking in windows and yards. I would not recommend if female and single.

the park is nice and close to town, most people are friendly. beware of 62, he has been known to threaten individuals for violating his made up rules, very disrespectful.

Raised the pad rental last year and road in sucked all winter. Handy has to go in there, can't meet another car coming out no room. So ruff,glad I had a truck.
