no happy. refused to sell me filters and tried to get me to replace a perfectly good system.. poor after service and customer relations skills . Also , don't be fooled by the name that he uses -similar to Kenetico-Pure Water Solutions he is not associated with that company.. He was very rude to me on email which i can share ..."
