Great store with good pricing, cash counters during evening are empty and it is a hassle to pay using self serve if you have a cart full. They should provide the customer an incentive to use self serve option as we end up spending 5-7 mins billing ourselves when the cashier lanes have no staff

Such a bad experience after opening groceries. Fungus strawberries, bad taste and full of fungus fruits. I had to throw all my fruits. The price is like everyone. No price match. Stop selling fungus fruits. I want my refund.

Good store but stock not well maintained I find, maybe I'm wrong. Also staffing at peak times is an issue, why have six lanes if never ever utilized. Also price matching why is this an issue? Why cant you price match, I'd the some kind of store poverty that is making it an impossibility, I would do ALL my shopping here if price matching was in place here.

The grumpy Filipino lady that’s usually at cash 2 needs another position that doesn’t deal with people. She has no sense in customer service at all. I bought cherry tomatoes from the night before and they were rotten at the bottom. I came in this morning to exchange it and she has an attitude and tells me why didn’t I check it. Well why is your store selling rotten produce? You signed up for this job, so do your work!

If goods are finished on the 1st or 2nd or 3rd day of a 7 day sale, you can expect that it will not be replenished.Moreover, the flyer is for all of Ontario but they claim that they have a separate one which I have never seen,not even online. Of course because they do not have the product or because they want the customer to purchase it at the regular price. Liars!!!

I’m downgrading my rating as it’s quality has gone down over the last 1 yr. a bag of 5 avocados has 3 or 4 bad consistently. Cucumber catches fungus the second inspite of keeping in the fridge. Yesterday I got Casablanca almond cakes (on July 7th) and it had already expired on July 5th. How is this store being run?? I do not see any quality measure being done to take out perishables that are going bad.
