Chantal is an argumentative bully that asked for FAR more paperwork than the very next trustee even NEEDED...which was actually a VERY pleasant experience in comparison. As another reviewer said, she's scatterbrained and pushy on top of it and will treat you like a child, repeating herself needlessly as if you're an idiot. This experience started off 'okay' and ended very ugly. We figure she brought her personal problems with her to work and proceeded to act ridiculously unprofessional. Completely lost her cool. Getting away from her was the best thing that could have possibly happened. Choose someone else.

Horrible experience!!! Would never recommend her services to anyone. Went there with my mother for some consultation and left under 10min. No compassion what so ever, moms blood pressure went through the roof right after. Should have read ALL of the reviews before making an appointment!!!
