Went for wings and a couple drinks. Service was prompt and attentive and the wings were decently meaty.

***edit*** AC (g.m.) called within an hour of me posting this to try and fix the issue. She offered to send another meal but as we are busy she offered to send us a free meal. Really appreciate the customer service. Thank you so much. You will see us again.My husband decided to order us breakfast from Smittys Henderson this morning. I had an eggs benny. I kept the bag upright bringing it home. When I opened it my container of food was half empty as it was all over the bottom of the bag. One of the eggs was squished into the edges of the container and the other egg was full of egg shells. Very disappointing as I've had better experiences here.

Our group of 5 was served by Izzy. She was great, took care of our orders and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Other staff were friendly as well. Overall had a good breakfast experience!

Went with my son and his girlfriend, food was average and a little on the cool side. Had to ask for coffee refill twice. Waitress looked put out because I asked for a refill. Not sure if I am going back.

I really like Smitty's for their chicken fingers and poutine. There are many other delicious options that I've tried, including meat lovers skillet for breakfast. I never find a problem with the quality of the food.

Emily was super kind seating us as the host during a busy brunch day. We were served by Lauren who was fast, attentive and was able to deliver great service considering some odd requests for substitutions we ordered. Would definitely dine here again!

Smitty's on Henderson is the cleanest restaurant I've ever eaten in. While there yesterday, staff were wiping down chairs and washing lights. Their food is always excellent and hot. The coffee is exceptional and staff are always there offering a top-up. I have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Smitty's and I am never disappointed.

I recently hosted a staff meeting for my fire alarm team at Smitty's restaurant on Henderson, and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our reservation for a table of 8 guests had been taken care of. Theresa, our server, greeted us with a warm and friendly attitude, making us feel welcome and comfortable right away.Throughout our time at Smitty's, Theresa proved to be extremely accommodating and attentive. She ensured that our food arrived promptly and was served exactly as ordered. The dishes were not only delicious, but also arrived hot, which is always a plus. We appreciated the efficient service, allowing us to make the most of our meeting without any unnecessary delays.One aspect that impressed us was the lack of rush after we finished our meal. Smitty's gave us ample time to conclude our meeting without feeling hurried, which was greatly appreciated. The newly renovated decor added a touch of modernity and elegance to the restaurant, making it an appealing choice for both business meetings and dining with friends.I highly recommend requesting to be seated in Theresa's section when you visit Smitty's. Smitty's Family Restaurant and Lounge Henderson
Came in and waited to be seated, were directly infront of the podium. When someone finally came over to the podium they acknowledged the family of four behind us. We announced the arrangements we wanted and whom I can only assume is the manager jumped into action. I suppose an ambulatory family of four takes precedence over a table of two with one disabled patron.
