This location is often a hit or miss. The store itself is quite small and lacks selection in comparison to others in the GTA. as far as service, there are times where staff have been incredibly helpful and leave a lasting positive impression and other times where i’ve almost felt like a nuisance for even being there. Wish there was more consistency from them!

This review is for the make up services we received. A 30 minute appointment turned into 45 and a 60 minute turned into 90. The make up was absolutely terrible. As soon as you touched your face with the lightest finger, the make up would wipe right off, even after they caked your face with so much of it. My friend paid for the full glam and they didn't even do eyeliner and left her under lash line empty (no shadow or eye liner). Her eye make up was uneven and we were just extremely upset with all the time it took for such a poor job. We had to wipe everything off as soon as we left and this was for a wedding and we're extremely late due to the all time they took. On top of this, they overbooked for the makeup services and didnt even have room at the counter for me. It was my first and last time getting make up done here. Extremely disappointed.

There is some problem with the staff. We asked a girl to help us to find the product which was out from the shelf, she was free still she called someone else and then another girl named jeevan came she opened the drawer & check 1 product & said unfortunately we are out of stock. I asked to open it again and I showed her that you have alot almost 15 bottles of Kerastase serum. Then she was speechless didn’t even apologized. No sense of responsibility towards a customer.

There was a make up consultation going on in the isle where the Milk products are. The client and worker were standing directly in the middle. I very nicely said- I’m so sorry, can I just squeeze in behind u. The worker gave me the look of death and stopped speaking to her client to literally stare at me for like 30 seconds. I didn’t touch her, ask rudely or anything. I’m a cosmetician myself so I understand how rude customers can be and I pride myself in never being rude or pushy. I felt so uncomfortable to stay in the isle when all I wanted was to be able to look at products as well. Maybe just stand to the side where you’re colour matching and not like a lone backer across the whole isle and there wouldn’t be an issue.

Every time I visit this store, everyone is soo welcoming and helpful however today was the worst experience. I have been visiting this store for more than a year and never experienced anything like this before. I am also not someone who post bad reviews however today TRISTIN was really rude. He told me to that he had a wait list for 5-6 mins and I was okay with that and he came after 15 mins (which is fine, I understand he might be busy) and then I asked him is colour of foundation( Dior ) which I took by myself was okay or not he said apply on your face and then a customer comes and ask him for help he left me saying I will be right back and went all the way to Charlotte corner I kept on waiting for him and then he started assisting 2 other customers I was still waiting and then picked the colour myself and went to cash counter there was big line up and for the next 10 mins he was helping that 2 customer only after cashing out I went to him and said I had been waiting for you and replied when I came you were not there which is totally lie. I said I was watching you, then he said this is how it works TRISTIN IS THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET AT SEPHORA and sorry for all this but management should know! Thanks

The customer service and state of this sephora is awful. I asked two employees for a product, and was told it was out of stock. Later on a customer beside me asked for the same product from another employee. She went in a back and came out with it saying this is the last one."Very irritating to know that the two employees I asked lied to me about checking the back for stock.Also

As a regular customer at this location most employees make shopping very difficult. However today, I received EXCELLENT help from Ashley! She was kind and very informative while giving her honest opinion on the products she was showing me. Even though she was helping me, she respectfully took the time out to multitask and direct other customers at the same time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went during the weekday, store wasn’t that busy. Barely any staff on the floor and I approached 3 different girls to help me with a product and all 3 gave attitude and kept saying we will be right with you. At first I thought maybe they’re with another customer but as I was watching they were just chit chatting amongst each other and fixing products. The owner of this location needs to run an attitude check on these employees.
