Servers are always pleasant and attentive whenever I have visited. Food is good.Only negative is that the pop is in cans and expensive at $3.50 a can

Steak was wayyy over cooked and the price jumped to nearly 30% after sitting down. The staff are lazy and useless. Worst experience I’ve had in a loooong time. Servers response when I told her the steak was over cooked “I didn’t cook it, what do you want me to do”So I told her to get someone who can do something and she just stared at me with this stupid look on her face. Didn’t offer any solutions at all. Useless. Didn’t check on me to see how my food was, didn’t clear my plate. $40 to be completely unsatisfied. I don’t waste food so a discount or a full comp would have sufficed but instead I got shrugged at.I won’t be giving this place another red cent.

Had wanted to try Daddy Cool’s since we were here last year on vacation. Finally made it in late this afternoon and had an all round excellent experience. The seafood chowder was piping hot and because we told our friendly server we were sharing it, they split the soup into two servings with two pieces of garlic bread. So unexpected and very nice!! We both ordered the Mile Zero burger and we were NOT disappointed. Super yummy delicious. Reasonable prices too. We had two different servers and they were both friendly and fast! Will definitely be a go to spot when we are in Massett.

I travelled to Masset and stayed there from Feb 19-23rd. I visited this really great place. Awsome people - Nyuuuk-Kenick- Owen-John. Atmosphere was great and warm. Look forward to visting again when I travel to Haida Gwai in future. Cheers to all now and in future Tony

Arrived at 5:40 p.m, ordered food before it got crowded. And I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now for our food. Asked many times, and waiters kept saying 10 mins. Totally not worth $40. Most people got their food before us even tho they arrived later than us. Offering free alcohol is not going to change the fact that we waited that long for a single plate of food. They didn't give the full meal we ordered. Nor the full refund. We ordered a burger with fries and gravy and another side of fries. Free food, but I didn't get the full meal I paid for.
