Energy Adviser Gino who did the pre-retrofit assessment was great. Very polite, had a separate set of indoor shoes to walk around indoors and measure windows. Answered all my questions, was an excellent experience. Even my initial contact with Yuma Tanaka at the office to first schedule the assessment was great. Excellent customer service.

We just got a home Energuide Evaluation from Verdatech so that we can apply for grants to upgrade our home for more energy efficient windows, insulation, and more. The Advisor was prompt, polite, very knowledgeable, and took lots of time with us to explain things about our house and guide us through different scenarios for improvement. I'm glad I picked this company!

Nicole Gerrard answered my questions and booked me for my EnerGuide Energy Assessment which was performed by Josh Spackman.Their team delivered what was expected while showing good professionalism and technical competency in completing the service required.I only got quoted assessment fees from 3 companies, but they charge the lowest which was about the rate of what the reimbursement is which is ~$600 total for assessment where their initial assessment is $450+GST and post is $150+GST.I can recommend.

VerdaTech has been great to deal with for our pre energy evaluation for the Canadian Greener Homes Grant Program. Our advisor Gino, was polite and efficient throughout the process, he was very informative after the testing was complete while letting us know what improvements will increase our homes energy efficiency. I would recommend their company and will be using them for our post energy evaluation as well.

We used VerdaTech for our EnerGuide pre and post retrofit evaluation and had a wonderful experience. Our Advisor, James, was efficient, personable, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Are you guys going to refund me pre and post inspection fee which was charged almost $750 ?? You guys did my post evaluation 6 months ago and why are you not submitting it to NR can greener home grant for my rebates? Are you guys looking for more money? And not even reverting my calls or email. Why are you guys doing this to us?Edit: Thanks Nicole for the explanation.I wish you could have contacted a long time ago that is the reason I wrote the review.due to NRCAN software issue you guys are unable to upload my file and assured me work closely with greener home to fix issue so I could receive my grant. Wanted to take advantage of the Federal Government Greener Homes Grant available for homes, specifically new windows for my home. I set up an appointment for an audit by this company, they spent time in my home assessing with a cost of almost $500. that needed to be paid up front, regardless if my home qualified for any elements of the program. The audit was scheduled and completed.Several weeks later I was sent an email that included a report of my home, however in order for me to review I needed to click on a link that my PC suggested was suspicious. After several attempts to connect with the Customer Service number, I finally connected and requested a printed copy of the report. I was informed that we do not print" reports. I explained my concern and she said that she would then send a copy

We had an energy audit done for a federal grant. Colin was great! He is very knowledgeable and provided several, varied-cost options for solving each of the deficiencies in our older home. I definitely recommend using Verdatech.

I used this company for the past 3 years giving them numerous recommendations and easily pushing 30+ inspections through the business. Unfortunately today I had seen advertising for one of my competitors on there social media. I prefer to use a more neutral business that doesn't make recommendations, especially ones that install sub par installations.I will be moving my business elsewhere.
