Recently moved to 740 Minto apartments. The 1 bhk was spacious enough for my family of 3. All the process were smooth and hustle free. Getting prompt updates on any activity in the premise. GG the supporting staff was helpful and resourceful on our queries and asks.

If you are looking for a building with a management office that truly cares about its tenants, then this is the place for you. The management office of this building is nothing short of fantastic. They go out of their way to ensure that tenants are happy and comfortable in their units. They are always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist in any way they can.However, as with most things in life, there are some areas where improvement can be made. Some requests such as parking and fixing may take a little time to be resolved, which can be a minor inconvenience. However, the management team is always upfront and transparent about the estimated time of resolution, which is appreciated.On the other hand, the unit and bedroom are big and have a suitable price. The value of the price paid is worth it. The space is comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. It's clean, well-maintained, and spacious.Overall, the management office of this building is kind, friendly, and attentive to their tenants' needs. The few minor issues that may arise are addressed promptly and transparently. The size and quality of the unit and bedroom are excellent, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend this building to anyone in search of a welcoming, comfortable, and affordable place to live.

My one year anniversary of living here is coming up soon and the only reason I'm moving is because I want to be closer to my university - otherwise, I would never move. The neighborhood is peaceful, the people are kind, and all my essentials are within a 10 minute walk. For small families looking to move here, there are school's not even 20 minutes away and intimate park areas for play and fun for the extra little ones. A great place to live indeed.

I've been resident here for a long time. Very great place to live. Friendly staff always available to attend to tenants emergencies or service needs. The staff treat residents as family. Shoutout to Violetta, Juan, Nicole and all the other staff.

Excellent accessible and convenient location. Close to highway 401 and Don Valley/404. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Violeta (office) and Carlos (Superintendent) are both amazing and always willing and go out of there way to help out with any maintenance issues. Highly recommended. You will love the ambiance, atmosphere and surroundings.

Have been staying here for the last 5 years, must say this apartment is one of the best in the area. The staff here is amazing as well. Notably GG has been great at helping us secure a parking spot we have been looking for a while.

I would strongly recommend this location for new comers because it’s a central point which can connect you to multiple buses, highways, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks and near by shopping mall. In addition, the management team is extremely supportive and helpful. I love the regular cleaning of the building which makes the environment clean and joyful to live in. Special thank you to the management team for keeping our community clean, safe and healthy!!!

Good apartments with minimal issues and decent maintenance. However, obtaining parking slot is quite challenging due to ongoing construction. There is a huge waiting list with no definite timeline for vacant parking slots, and the property management's response has been disappointing. They just simply advise residents to wait until the construction is completed, which is estimated to be by the end of 2024 or early 2025. Think carefully if you are a new tenant who needs parking.

I've lived here a short while, but it's quite a nice place to stay in Toronto. Apartment building well maintained and protocols followed. Staff is really friendly, especially Violetta, who has helped with all my unit's issues and got them fixed promptly.
