They give priority to car and RV . We should stop delivery freight to NL. If you take the ferry. Will be in good hands. Good service from staff

I travel to Newfoundland frequently for work and the staff at Marine Atlantic are excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly and will always go out of their way to make the crossing as pleasant as possible for all of their customers.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I've travelled this boat many times for work and the only issue as of late is getting a cabin. Other than that it's a great boat ride. Thank you Marine Atlantic. You know what it means when it comes to customer service.

Helpful staff, food onboard little pricey but very good portions. I had the children's chicken strip meal and it was five large strips and a ton of hot fries. No adult option but any kid 5 to 80 would be happy with this meal. Sitting areas where nice with lots of leg room.

Took this ship over to Newfoundland and back. Seven hours one way.Very comfortable seats that recline, a number of televisions around the seating area. Cafe to purchase drinks, snacks, sandwiches, etc. Also has a sit down restaurant and a souvenir shop. Computers on board as well.

The lady at the check-in booth in North Sydney was very friendly and welcoming. The onboard staff were awesome. The mechanical issues caused delays and postponements to my itinerary. Hopefully. MA will have these issues resolved soon.

Stuck here for 9 hrs didn't tell me Till I got here no updates on The website the website didn't say anything about delays if I have known I would have stayed home and went the following night and had an extra day with my family we are supposed to depart at 4 it's almost 6 do your job so people don't have to go through this if your delayed let people know so they don't have to sit in a parking lot for 9 hrs you let people know ever other Time
