I usually don't write reviews but I had such a positive experience with this hospital. Dr. White is lovely and knowledgeable, and the staff are very supportive. My lovebird completely recovered

Kind staff.Good location with paking available.Good pricing for me (only done annual exams for exotic)Clean.I have been treat my turtle on and off for 3 or 4 years. They are attentive and answer my questions.

Very knowledgeable and caring Doctors and staff. I won't go anywhere else. They are very gentle with my conure Marley and he doesn't mind them handling him at all ..which is a huge plus.

Dr. Valsamis, Dr. White and their team are wonderful. We're treated like family. We've brought our feathered babies here for over 25 years. We trust Dr. V. 100%, for providing the best care, anywhere!!!

We have been seeing Dr. White and Dr. Valsamis (and team) for over 20 years. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. White and Dr. Valsamis and the team. Our pup was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer Jan 2021 and because she was afraid of people, we chose care through Dr. White instead of chemo at OVC. From the very first visit, she was never afraid of Dr. White. As long as she wanted to eat, play and walk without pain, we were committed. Sadly we had to say goodbye after 15 months. The support, availability and professionalism are the best around. Additionally, I continue to see Dr. White for my pet birdies and have for well over 20 years, including Dr. Valsamis. Super knowledgeable and helpful and I am so so grateful they are there. Thank you for helping Lexi on her journey.

Can't recommend this Animal Hospital enough! We woke up to one of our cockatiel's wings stained with blood (very scary). Appears she had a bad night fright and banged up her wings. Britannia squeezed us in that morning for an assessment and treatment. Coco was handled with the utmost care, and she is recovering very well! Staff are amazing! Thank you again!!

Doctor Johnson helped me in saying goodbye to one of my budgies Kiwi last year, who will always be missed. She was very kind and patient, it was a very difficult time but I appreciated her guiding me through it. Now she is caring for my bunny Bugsy, who was feeling very ill about a month ago, but now I am so grateful to have him roaming around happy and giving me licks and kisses... he is still under care, but hopefully I will have more days like this with my sweet boy. She truly cares about our babies and is very knowledgeable. ☺️

Amazing place!!! I wish we live closer. They took our Canary for treatment in very bad shape. We were worried that he is not make it through. Seems like a cold or flue. But after antibiotics prescribed by very kind and helpful Dr.WhiteHe is recovering and feeling much better within 4-5 days. Hoping on speedy recovery. Thank you so much again.

Britannia helped me with a vet check/documents for my dogs flight this week. The first flight was canceled (snow storm) and I had to scramble to reschedule everything. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating! I can’t thank you enough for all your help getting Stella home.

Honestly , this was my first time keeping a conure and going to the vet . The doctor was just fantastic. Answered each and every query of mine . The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had a good experience overall .
