Love their amazing service, They forgot to add a cable I needed they owned up to their mistake and delivered it straight to the House party I was Djing at! Thank you for the great customer service. Been to this location twice and spent about 30 min each time in the bass section. Not ONCE has any member of staff approached me to inquire if there’s anything I’m interested in.I guess L&M makes enough money that they aren’t concerned w/ making more

Special thanks to Valarie North from acounts who fixed up an issue with my acount. My first puchase at L&M was in 1968 . It was a new Gibson 335 sold to me by Bob Abbout at their Yonge st. Store for $600. Times have changed a bit but the service is still great.

I just wanted to say WHAT amazing staff they have there at the Pickering location. They really look out for you and really try to help you out to the best of there knowledge and it always correct and helpful. I have dealt with a couple of people there Valerie, John, Simon and Matthew and Darryl and what great guidance that have given me in my purchasing and ideas and there great customer service, couldn't ask for better. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 23 year in hotels and that's service at Long and Mcquade. Thank you so much for everything you have done definitely going back and I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE....

Without a doubt the best L&M in the Toronto area. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff make this location always a great experience. If you are looking to take lessons look no further as the instructors at this location are top notch musicians that will help you hone your talent. Not looking to buy just yet, then visit the rental department at this location for very reasonable rates on everything from instruments to complete sound and stage setups for your next gig. All in all I give this music store and its staff 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

Called to ask about what they had available on hand for rentals. The guy would not stop lecturing me about stuff he had no knowledge of and would not answer my questions in a straightforward manner. Absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this store is the closest to my home address, and every time I go to pick up books, I get so frustrated with the staff that I can't even find words to explain my frustration! In my last visit, the old Asian guy messed up with my order and sold me wrong books that I had to return to the store and make a refund! He was super slow, and a simple transaction took him around 15 minutes. I am sorry, but who has time for this: especially when I called previously and place the books on hold to make my purchase faster. When I ask him why it takes so long he replied: -oh

Good people. Rented audio gear for a couple of business seminars. They charged a fair price, made sure everything was ready for quick pickup, showed me how to use and connect stuff that I wasn't knowledgeable about, and even sent an awesome young dude to our place down the road fast when we had some technical difficulties that were our fault. Highly recommended!

I’m a regular at many of the L&M locations, there is a new guitar tech at this location and I must say he knows what he’s doing. My bass was adjusted exactly as I had hoped. It plays perfectly! I have a few more I need to bring in! Great work and also the staff are great! Ignore the one star reviews, these are usually people who expect filet mignon at the Arby’s drive-thru, Just my 2 cents.
