I absolutely adore Freshii, I have never been to a better burrito place in my entire life on this sacred planet. The only thing that I look forward to after a hard days work more is a premium made to order hand crafted premium ingredient hot and ready Freshii burrito, is coming back again the next day. The staff are wonderful, the ordering is seamless and stress free, and more than anything it's just a fantastic place to eat at. Thank you Freshii!!!! VERY WONDERFUL RESTAURANT!!!

I absolutely love freshii! I have been going here for years. But this location served me bad broccoli and my stomach is now upset as a result of it. I love leaving reviews and this is probably my first 1 star ever.

Ordered pick up a week ago - they were sold out of items which happens however I’m still waiting to be credited the difference I was charged through the app. PLUS I was missing items - swapped out two premium items for 2 eggs in each but o my received one AND my 2 Pangoa bowls were less than half full (see picture). I’ve tried numerous times to reach shop and no one answering. Sent many messages on app (was told by employee to request refund via app) and still nothing happening. So very disappointed. Thought you to be better than this Freshii. Feeling very taken advantage of when we were trying to support local during pandemic

Good place for a healthy meal. The staff was friendly, and the place looked clean. They have a good number of options on the menu. The food was tasty but the portions of some of the ingredients were small.

Such a waste of money - the girl working was wonderful and my review has nothing to do with her. The food was soo bland and undercooked - expensive for something that is just a basic salad bowl

First time trying this location rather than my regular site. Ingredients were not fresh, tomatoes tasted off and frosted, the cabbage was brown (see photo), green onions looked dried out and avocados were past prime. They were also out of several main ingredients, so all three of our bowls needed substitutions and it prevented us from pre-ordering online. Skip this location.

I just ordered Cobb salad through uber eats, to say i am disappointed it’s underestimate….My salad was missing eggs and chicken didn’t look fresh, I wish i read reviews before ordering from this location.Awful experience

Just to be clear this is a review of the branch itself and not the employee working here tonight he’s a nice guy. I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting to get my food. 1 employee working here is simply not enough, with deliveries and people being able to order from other sources. This service is completely unacceptable. You should give customers the meal for free after a certain wait time. Not to mention I ordered no cheese and I got cheese, but I can’t even blame the guy, he has 1000 orders to deal with alone and he seems like a nice guy doing his best. He also filled the bowl up properly as well. This is a really poorly ran branch. I rated it this highly for the employee this guy deserves a raise.

Tasty, fresh and healthy. A great alternative for lunch. Clean, bright location with friendly staff. My only complaint is the protein portions. On both visits to this location I had only 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken in my bowl. Certainly not worth the add on price. Wraps seem more generous.

I've been to numerous Freshiis but in my experience the Freshii in Burlington mall serves fresher ingredients. The service was slow and the staff had a smug look on his face. I love Freshii but not this location
