These people do not know what customer service is. Find another provider if you can. Dealing with this company is not worth your time or energy.

I hired this firm to complete a major fire alarm replacement within a 24hr/365 facility. The lead electrician/fire tech Alex was prompt to site everyday, arrived early to accept deliveries when need be. He stayed late on many occasions as this facility has access issues in certain areas to complete those portions.He on many occasions completed sections/areas of the building faster then anticipated, which was great for the overall project. His overall knowledge of fire alarm and electrical was second to none.The local branch supported this project without issue. They we're there to answer any and all questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again on our next project for either electrical, fire alarm or sprinkler. Thanks again fella's for the hard work.

This company charged us $98 an hour for a technician, not a certified electrician, a technician to come and do a service call. He then showed up, twice, without the equipment he needed to do the job so he had to come back another day, twice. It took us from January 11 to April 14 for the work to be done and we still have not received the written report to state that service has been completed which their website clearly states they are able to provide on site at the time of the service and even though I have been told numerous times by different employees that they would get that to us. Our small business will now never open because they are holding that report hostage until we pay them. The first time I saw an invoice was yesterday only after they attempted to charge our credit card without notifying us and it was, thankfully, declined. I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I would advise that anyone needing this type of service go to Ottawa or Kingston, which kills me to say because I am a firm believer in support local.
