Jeff really helped us out when our old pool heater was having issues. Within a few days of initially making contact, Jeff had a new Hayward heater installed. Fantastic service at a great price. 100% satisfied with Jeff, the Guelph Pool Guy!

First time I used them to install a new pool pump. Jeff ended up fixing some pipes installed the wrong way as well, and the pools never been cleaner. The company was excellent, very responsive to emails and phone calls. I’ll be using them to close my pool this year. Would definitely recommend.

Just don’t bother looking anywhere else after reading this review. If I could give 6 stars I would. Jeff and his team did exceptional work, they were positive and professional, responsive, and helpful. You can just tell they’re experts. And you know what? The price was great to boot! Even with some pool bottom concrete repairs and replacement lights. I was so happy with the pool liner experience that I also got a safety cover, which looks fantastic. Can’t recommend this business highly enough. Thank you Jeff and team. If I had more for you to do, I would be doing that too.

Jeff was going to replace the liner on my very poorly maintained pool in the yard of a house I recently bought. He was very helpful with ideas to help keep the costs down. In the end, I decided we are not going to repair the pool and are going to fill it in, Jeff recommended a company to do that work and returned my deposit for the liner. I'm not sure what else you could really hope for! I will absolutely use his company if I ever have another pool in the future

Jeff Garner and his guys are super cool. these guys know what it takes to satisfy the customer. I really enjoy it when its opening season because I actually feel like they are friends!! I enjoy the pool side chats and jokes! They always do a great job and the price is right too! They did an excellent job on my liner a couple years ago. Came out beautiful! I think I've been using these guys for at least 10 years if not more, they replaced my pump, and did a sand change. these fellas do almost everything! one stop shop ! Great service as always. Since we moved to Guelph Jeff and his team have been there to open and close our pool (something we did for ourselves for 38 years). With health issues we have found that being able to rely on such reliable and professional, as well as friendly service has been a tremendous and valuable to us.

We have been using Guelph pool guys for three years.We were first time pool owners and had a problem with our chemicals.They responded fast diagnosed the problem and fixed it.They have been opening/closing our pool since as well as doing regular maintenance!Makes life so much easier so we just focus on enjoying the pool.

This is my first season as a pool owner and I am coming in with no experience. I hired Jeff to open my pool and him and his crew have done an outstanding job. Jeff had an opening and came sooner then the original date that was scheduled which impressed my with and I. My salt water pool system, pump and heater all needed to be replaced as well as cleaning up the plumbing. Jeff was able to replace everything right away and give me an overview on how the pool system works. This is the busiest time of year for him and he was still able to take care of me right away. We have been working with Jeff for a few years and appreciate him and his team so much! He has done our pool opening and closing, he just installed a new liner for us, and we will be doing a salt conversion later this summer. After having virtually every pool company I could find refuse to do a liner replacement and repair (more money to build new pools), I found Jeff and his team through my neighbor.Absolutely first rate job. Completely worked within my schedule, gave options and info on different ways the repair could be done, explained pros and cons of each etc. The actual work was done incredible fast, very proficient and looks stunning.Would highly recommend to anyone.
