To keep her identity private, my sister is law asked me to post her experience.She had contacted this company 4 times, three through Facebook (after her messages being read and ignored she continued to follow up) then once via Instagram, all four times the owner read her messages and did not bother to reply.To this date there has still been no reply. Super unprofessional as she was looking for a reliable lash tech. If this woman isn't taking clients, maybe specify, rather than ignore potential clients. Word travels fast in the beauty industry.
