Just had these guys fix my iPhone. Excellent work!! Customer service was great, and within 20 minutes I was given my phone back. They are pretty quick and honest about charges. Overall Fast and friendly experience

Unreal, brutal service , sell phones with no batteries , they don't know how to unlock phones . Some phones I believe are stolen phones ? They can't unlock them cause the service provider has them registered and flag them whenever they try unlocking themMy son bought a phone with a 30 day warranty . The owner told him if unhappy , just bring it back for full refund. After 8 days , my son went back to return it as it was giving him problems. They denied saying that they would refund it back.Took another phone that broke after 1 day ..Place sucks! They need to be investigated and closed up. Not 1 client was happy when I was there , all complaints . That's why they're cheap . Better pay a good price instead of getting ripped off !

Worst experience my friend and I have ever had. My best friend & I brought her IPhone in to be replaced. The only thing wrong with it was the speaker. We get it back a week later & the screen & home button won’t work at all!!! The guy said they didn’t break it & it was already like that, and refused to give a refund. Wouldn’t give me the managers phone number or tell me when he’d be in next. The whole time we’re trying to talk to him he hid behind the counter. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. My friend had to pay apple $289 to fix their mistakes.

Newmarket Wireless For U provided excellent fast and reasonably priced service. Fixed my iPhone replacing both battery & screen in 25 minutes. Highly recommend them!

Never ever bring your phone there. They are not responsible people. They will get your phone with a low maintenance price and will keep it for long time. After they will claim about other part has also been damaged and you have to pay more!On the top of it they couldn't find my cell phone for more than 40 days and after they find my mobile had some missing parts!!! They said they can't fix it. Then they can provide a same mobile but funny is they asked 250$ instead (which is same price if I buy it myself)

Bought an Iphone 12 screen replacement, went black screen and not useable in about month. Under WirelessForU warranty (I have the bill) and when asked (Ali) if they could check it said no, it was firmware (without even looking at it)...when it is clearly the screen... as I can still hear the clicks and feel the vibrate when I touch the screen...

I took my sons phone to Wifi Cellular to replace a cracked screen much like the previous posted review. The phone had been cracked for over 3 months and was working just fine, just looked awful.After taking it to Wifi and having the person there assure us that yes it's totally fixable, returned 45min later to pick it up. We realized once we got home that the screen was freezing and working intermittently. After waiting out the evening and the phone only getting worse, we went right back the next day and explained the problem to the worker there... ( the one who worked on the phone by the way ).His response to us was that's a software issue, or a motherboard issue when the phone was dropped. After going back and forth multiple times and telling him the phone worked fine before he took the screen off we tried the software upgrade and reset my sons phone only to have it work the same. We then took the advise of a lovely person we found on the net, looking for a replacement phone and got the advise of STAR Computers and Apple at the mall. There response This is an installation problem and whoever replaced the screen needs to fix it".With this info in hand we went back to Wifi and had a heated discussion back and forth with the worker and ONLY until I insisted I talk to the owner by phone was there some action taken!! In the end my sons screen was replaced and now works fine

Had a charging port replaced. This was my first cellphone repair so I didn't know what to expect. Store kept my phone for 3 days to make the repair. After the repair was done the port still didn't work right. On visual inspection after the repair the charge port didn't sit in the housing correctly. When I brought these issues up the store gave me grief and attitude. Not wanting to burn another $80, I chalk this up to a lesson learned. I have used other cell phone repair stores since then. I now know I can get a charging port repaired while I wait in under an hour or less. There are better options than this store.

Loved it!!! Very fast & cheap! My iPhone 6s plus had some issues and I thought the phone had gone. Thanks to the sweetest people ever for repairing the device.It feels new. The prices were reasonable. So happy with the service I received.

I had an excellent experience here. Got my camera lens fixed at a reasonable cost. They are super cool guys who helped me a lot and also offered a free screen protector. Their service was quick. Excellent choice for phone repair. The employees have all been a pleasure to deal with and have always been upfront with pricing.
