I cannot begin to explain how happy I am with this gentleman’s service.My treadmill died and as an avid runner I was distraught - it’s my first treadmill, the company I got it from has never been good with customer service and it thought that was it for my machine.I called RM Fitness Repair and was thrilled by their knowledge over the phone and was excited I was able to sneak a quick appointment.A true professional. After finding out we had been scammed by a service provider in the GTA, my husband and I called RM Fitness repair and Rade made the trip out and serviced our treadmill for us. It now rus perfectly, no issue -- it works like a dream and Rade assured us the treadmill was in excellent condition and would last for years to come-- no replacement parts needed. He explained his work clearly, is kind and knowledgeable and honest. You can trust him to provide excellent, quality service, as he did for us. Thank you, Rade! Excellent service, five stars, highly recommend.

I had an issue with my treadmill where i could not narrow down the issue to master control board or upper control board. I then contacted Radhey from RM Fitness. He was Polite, Knowledgeable, root caused the issue and fixed it properly. He arrived our house on time and a pleasant person to deal with !

Rade showed up at my home on time and within 24h of my call.He quickly diagnosed the problem (loose shaft) with my Nordic Track recumbent bike. He quickly fixed the problem by installing a new washer.It runs smooth as silk again. FYI (for those who are moving) he said he also disassembles exercise machines.

I called & left a message for Rade about a problem with my NordicTrack VR21. He returned my call the same day & quickly identified the problem. After sending him a picture of the problem he called back with further advice on how to correct. I fixed the problem myself thanks to Rode's advice. My repair didn't hold so Rade came to the house fixed the problem & discovered another issue with the resistance mechanism & ingeniously solved that with a set screw saving me the expense of purchasing a new fly wheel. I couldn't recommend Rade for his competency, honesty & ingenuity more highly.

So pleased with my service appointment today! 100% satisfied. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, professional, and polite. He came to my house ASAP (next day after I called him), and he repaired my treadmill on the spot. He also taught me 3 new things about treadmill care that I didn’t know, in order to prolong the life of my very old treadmill. Absolutely phenomenal repair on my treadmill. Other repairmen have come to look at my treadmill where deck would not decline past a certain point telling me I needed a new incline motor which was no longer available by nordictrack. they charged for service call with no repair. All lies and incompetence. RM came with guarantee to fix and noticed side rail post bolts protruded out preventing deck from dropping below them due to poor assembly. He reassembled correctly everything works perfectly. great job great service great price. I am so happy.

Rade is very knowledgeable and diagnosed and repaired my treadmill that was constantly stopping within minutes of every use. He was also very responsive in answering messages and arriving when he said he would.
