Super friendly and understanding. They are usually super busy but even at those times they approach the customer and keep them informed. They also allow you to pay via Interac e-transfer which is a plus

I went here for the first time recently because I heard good things about the place. The workers were fast and efficient for interior and exterior wash. They did a good job overall. I did not notice any water droplets on my car; they really took the time to dry the car properly which I appreciated. My carpets came out spotless as well. However, customer service was poor. The workers were not friendly and some of them did not understand English very well. No hello or have a good day which should be automatic when dealing with customers. I also do not understand how they charged me; the price I paid was inconsistent with the prices displayed outside the establishment. When my car was ready, one of the guys (he might have been the manager/owner??) simply poked his head into the waiting room and signalled to me with his hand without saying anything (very unprofessional). The waiting room was also gross and very hot inside. For all these reasons, I hesitate to say whether I’d go back…
