So disappointed purchased my boat new form there port moody location.Owner came out shook my hand said thank u sir etc. ..... and remember all parts and merchandise 10 percent for life and shook my hand.They wont honnor it i asked 2 speak to manager and parts supervisor refused me. Told me she has it undercontol.2x previously had my new Yamaha repaired both times payed 3 to 500 both times problems not solved. 2x costing me thousands of an engin that has less than 100 hours on it.Left still unsatisfied wanted 2 talk 2 manager to sort it out but parts supervisor refused. Gave me my 60 dollar credit. But still ignoring my request to speak 2 someone than her.Frustrating and ordered new axle as mine rusted out..... wrong threads on bolts.. ... again no part have 2 order 4 to 6 weeks ....... reallyLike I said would love a resolution but was unable 2 speak to anyone who has any authority as per your service manager.

Lack of customer service and response, I would have change it to no star, we have had our Whaler there for over seven months, lack of communication and response as to when the parts are arrival, correct completion date to the project, but misleading information that fail not only once but multiple times. despite that there other other nice staff members. I don't really know how to rate with a star..

These guys are awesome!! Friendly service and knowledgeable staff makes the shopping experience second to none. They not only care about you and your needs but they treat you like family. I’ll be giving them my business from now on, 5 stars no doubt!

Stopped by GA Checkpoint for some oil and service parts for my new 2023 Yamaha FJR1300ES because a competitor (east of 200th Street) did not have what I was looking for in stock. Daler and Taya in Parts and Accessories were super friendly and helpful. Not only did GA have exactly what I needed in stock but I was pleasantly surprised the prices were actually better than I could get online on various sites. Taya knew there were two types of Yamalube shaft drive oil, one exclusive for the FJR1300.Overall, a very positive experience. I'll be back for sure!

Hidden gem. (Kind of) Best prices on Yamaha bikes than any other dealer in town. Check these guys out. Super helpful, and friendly.

Super great / friendly / helpful shop! Had some issues with other shops and came to them in an unpleasant situation, GA was able to help me out quickly and comfortably, getting me back on the road quicker than i thought. Super nice staff, good inventory and reasonable prices!
