Refinery Grill
Three of us met for brunch at Refinery Grill and we were all most impressed! The restaurant is quite nice & clean and the service was excellent! The food was delicious and the coffee was topped up frequently!We will be back and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great atmosphere & meal!

Charlotte was our server and did a great job catering to our table. We all enjoyed our 11 AM breakfast. From what I gather, they get many regulars (always a good sign when you get returning customers), and the majority of their business appears to be breakfast and lunch, Monday through Saturday. It's quieter on Sundays. They recently brought VLTs into their bar area (another revenue stream which many restaurants need nowadays). Unfortunately until they partition the restaurant from the bar area, they cannot have anyone under the age of 18 on the premises. Archaic AGLC rules. One hopes that this will be addressed soon. Our tab was 88.00 without tip which we found very reasonable.

Beautiful little restaurant. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the western omelette with rye toast. Aside from one burnt piece of potato the dish was cooked perfectly and well plated. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. Overall an excellent breakfast for the right price.

A group of us met for lunch this week and I was impressed. A bit of a throwback menu and appearance but that's not why you go. Out of 7 of us, 6 had the smoked meat sandwich. I was the only one that changed it up a bit and had the club roll. The smoked meat guys all loved their choice but they also all wanted to see what was in my sandwich. Roast beef, smoked meat, turkey and salami. Best sandwich I've ever had. The service was great. The beer selection is a bit limited but it was a great price and a true pint in a nice big chilled beer glass. Definitely going back.

Stopped in before a Ball Hockey game as they have Happy Hour. Enjoyed a drink with a teammate before our game and some appetizers. We ordered their Sweet Potato Fries and Feftedakia (meatballs). Both were really good and I loved the Fetedakia!Hope to invite more teammates for Happy Hour before a few of our games next season.

Great place to go for some good food. Great portion sizes. Tried a few things. I really loved my fettuccine alfredo. The sauce was amazing!The only thing I could say is I would totally have loved some broccoli in there.

Had a very nice dinner here.The dry rib appetizer was very good. My grandson really enjoyed these.The chicken cor don blue was good besides the mushroom gravy. It's not what I was expecting and really didn't suit the dish. Would have been much better if it was a cream gravy sauce.We enjoyed the fact that it was nice to have conversations at the table and be able to actually hear the conversation.

Joined two other couples for a European Inspired evening of dinner and dancing at Refinery Grill. The atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed our time there. Although the helpings were large, the food didn't hit the spot. I ordered a medium rare 10 ounce sirloin steak and it arrived medium well. For the price, I'd expect excellent quality food and a steak that was actually medium rare! I would have sent it back, but the staff was busy and rarely attended our table at all. On a positive note, the times we did interact with the staff, they were friendly and a lot of fun.

Great homemade food..turkey clubhouse has real turkey and the Montreal smoke mest sandwich outstanding. If you are looking for a full belly of home cooking food this is the place too good.

The food was edible but I’ve been here twice now and haven’t liked my food both times. The triple decker clubhouse sandwich was okay but the bread was very dry and the meat all piled in one spot so you had to take the bread off and spread it out, there was no butter or other condiments. The potato salad was a very small portion it came in one of those little coleslaw or dip type bowls so there was 4 small potato pieces and it tasted overwhelmingly like miracle whip or something and no other flavour. The server was friendly but it took a while to get a refill although the place was not too busy. It seemed expensive considering the portion size and overall quality of food. The prices on their website are also not accurate menu items were higher by a couple bucks per item at the restaurant.
