Love the Tim Hortons in app ordering. My coffee is waiting for me when I arrive. No longer need to wait in the line. Staff are always very polite and respectful.

Just thought I’d spend a few of the 20 minutes I’ve waited in the drive thru line at this location. Regardless of day and time, the service is invariably slow. On this occasion, my patience was rewarded with a charred bread for my sandwich.

I would like vegan choices and whole food plant based choices. There aren't any, for food choices. I am glad they have plant-based beverages though.

came here today not only did it take forever to make the loaded bowl they didn’t tell us until 5 minutes later that they didn’t have crispy chicken. i normally have no problem with my orders taking a while or being messed up but i had a few bites and went home and puked, a few weeks ago my mom had the same bowl from here and puked as well don’t eat the chicken or honestly anything from here because you might puke. iced coffee was good tho!

We have stopped here 4-5 times on our way through Kingston. They are often understaffed or out of ingredients (eg. Chicken, bacon etc...) needed to make some of the sandwiches resulting in us having to order something else.

Super fast for the line up that was there at the time of the day. Gentleman serving was very polite. Genuinely one of the best Timmy's experience around this and surrounding town in a long while. Thank you

I am absolutely reporting this store!! The management at this location need to be removed! 0 stars!!!!4 cars in DT- (I was#4). I ordered a coffee. Car #1 ordered bev and food. They were already at window 2-3 min before I had gotten thru the light and into the lot. 7 mins later they were served and gone (ok). Car#2 ordered 2 hot beverages and ice Capp. Served 8 mins later(slow). Car #3 ordered 2 bev 6 min later served (brutal) .I waited 10 min for my 1 coffee. Told them it was unacceptable wait times when they FINALLY opened the window. I asked for my coffee and had to wait for another employee to put out the machine. Then I had to wait for a third person and a fourth apparently Finally perhaps the manager??? I was now asking for my coffee. Complained again about the wait. Manager says: the card has to be swiped again then says we are training. I said I didn’t care and will report and I WILL 100%!! Don’t let this poor management ruin Tim Hortons name!!

I go here 3-4 times a week on my way to work, and I’m almost always given my order by Janis, who always has a huge smile on her face and gives me a great start to my day. The drive thru moves very quickly (a full line never takes me more than 5 minutes to get through) and the service can’t be beat!

Bought a 20 pack of timbits and after waiting in the drive thru for ages since the cashier knew the car in front of us (swearing, laughing and giving the middle finger clearly in customers view) I finally paid and got home and opened the box to find every single timbit missing the glaze. Chocolate, sour cream, birthday cake, honey glazed- all missing the glaze. Super disappointing considering a box is now 5 dollars. Waste of money and gas.
