Rear window shattered on Friday, took into the Wharncliffe shop for temporary plastic cover on Saturday, appointment made for York St for Monday. Extremely pleased with prompt repair and great customer service.

Got a chip in my windshield on my way home from school, I stopped in at standard auto glass an hour before they closed and they were able to squeeze me in and out with no problems! Quick and fast service 5 star for sure!

I am so happy with my windscreen replacement. From start to finish the service has been top notch. Great customer service, professional at all times and accommodating with dates changes, due to my pet business.They even vacuumed the floors driver and passenger side, an added bonus I didn't know about. Kudos.Highly recommend, and you get a discount off the deductible.

Can’t thank Standard Auto Glass enough for the amazing customer service they provided me. They were very accommodating on scheduling my appointment for a windshield replacement within 24 hrs. Michelle made a courtesy call to me and fully explained the best coverage that saved me alot of money that I didn’t know about or was expecting. And the team even detailed my interior along with inflated all my tires, it’s the small things that impress. Even McMaster Chev didn’t do that after handing me a $1600.00 bill. Very impressed and thankful.

My car was broken into and the front passenger window was smashed. They got me in same day and replaced the window (and cleaned up the broken glass!) within an hour and a half. Incredible service, very professional and I will definitely use them again.

I called Auto glass London when I noticed chip on windshield of the car that I was renting. I talked to Michelle over the phone and cost was lower than other glass repair shop.She set me up an appointment the very same day in the afternoon. When I arrived on the shop, I was welcome with smiling face of two gentlemen Liam and Cole . They checked windshield and it turned out this chip was already done before just needed touch up , which they did for free. I asked them if They would accept the tip but they respectfully denied and gave me handshake before send off. I was very impressed with their customer service , honesty and helpfulness. They saved my money, time and mental peace. Definitely recommend this place for the people who want to save money and genuine service. Super friendly & professional! I brought my Mazda3 in for a windshield repair and they worked quickly and efficiently to fix the 2 stone chips. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and I will definitely be a repeat customer if the need arises again.

Great experience with side window replacement, Greg was great as I'm always concerned of going to shops with surprise hidden costs on the bill myself being a mechanic, but no surprises priceWas same as quote, great cleanup vac of all glass on carpet and removal of tape film on door very happy will go again if I get window broken thanks.

Brought my car in for front passenger side window replacement. Ordered the glass within a day and finished replacing within 3 hours.Fantastic finishing cannot even tell the difference that it had been replaced.I loved the customer service.
