I had a very bad experience with them. For 2 personal photos they charged C$ 21 ,and when I asked them to send it by email, the answer is No, we can upload it to a USB drive, but you need to bring it today, I bought a USB drive from same store and came back, yes of course, but you need to pay another C$ 21. It is like a casino but with different decorations.

Printing at this location is a nightmare. The online experience is terrible; sooo many options but the most important one - document upload is missing. I even tried to use their dam editor but it keeps resizing my designs wrong. Plus the staff never picks up the dam phone.

Excellent experience at the Kanata location. Well Staffed store with employees who truly care about the customer experience. I will definitely use their print shop again. Special thank you to Nick who went above and beyond without having to be asked. Truly appreciate his genuine care.

Print shop team is super helpful, I had printed my document in the wrong image size and they spent the time with be doing some trial and error until we got it perfect. Thank you so much, this was a high priority print for me and we solved it in 15 min :)
