Avana has been amazing since day 1. Very responsive team. I would recommend them to anyone. Lori Ireland was excellent! I had to move due to my job and she got my suite filled which helped me out so much! The whole team has been great!

I would recommend Avana anyday when renting, the properties are well taken care of and any arising issue is handled promptly. I want to say a big ‘Thank You’ to Robin especially for always responding on time and helping fix whatever comes up. Great job guys!!

Dave and Lori were absolutely amazing throughout our process. We were moving across the country from the east coast and Dave did a virtual walk through our property with us and answered so many questions (many just about SK and Regina as neither of us had ever been). Lori was so patient and kind when it came to our agreement and any questions we had. She was always quick to respond, pleasant and followed up on every detail. The walk through our place was so thorough and detailed. One of the best rental experiences I have ever encountered.UPDATE:We bought a house nearby and decided to leave our Avana rental, but once again the friendly service and help Lori provided was second to none. It is so nice to find property managers and rental companies who clearly value and care for their tenants. Thanks Lori, for everything!

I rented out an Avana basement suite for about 2 years while going to school in Regina. It was our first place we had rented and Lori Ireland made everything very easy! She was always very helpful and answered emails/texts very quickly and efficiently! I would definitely reccomend renting with Avana and getting to work with Lori!
