Be careful if you are foreign.I needed a translation to a Friday. She agreed. I paid Tuesday in advance by e-transfer. She typed wrong password and blocked the transaction. I went to her office on Wednesday and paid by debit.After I paid her (with the money guaranteed), she said that she would finish only for next Monday. I really needed on Friday at noun. I got desperate and I offered to translate by myself. She agreed. I translated at least 70% of the job.After I sent her the translation, her job was peace of cake. She knew that I needed at noun (because the person who would received worked until 1:00pm, I explained her in advance), but she purposely dared to say that she would give me only AFTER 1:00pm.She was clearly kidding an evil game just because she knew that I was a foreign desperate with the deadline.Then I said that I would talk to the Canadian person who recommended her.Then... a miracle happened... she miraculously changed her posture and finished the job before the noun.I asked for a discount she disdained me and said that I was bothering her.I have all emails proving her behavior and this testimonial.

Great service and very accommodating. Aurelia showed a great deal of empathy. The work was done professionally. I just wish they take it a little easier on the pricing side.

A & T did a fantastic job providing translations and revisions for some important documents in Korean that were for permanent residency purposes. They were very prompt to respond, and were very flexible when I needed a spelling correction as well as names added in Korean characters next to the English translations. Will use again if/when I need translations done!

Amazing service, I needed to translate the stamps on my passport ASAP, called different companies and their delivery time was too long and the rush services were too expensive. I called A&T, and talk with Aurelia and in just a couple of hours, I already have my translation at a very reasonable price. By far the best translation service in BC!!
