Added Touch Photography

My son 2017-2018 school pictures where bad, they clearly indicated him how to smile and is of course it doesn't resemble his own personality, now for the 2018-2019 school year same thing for both of my sons, we waited a month to finally get the proofs, even tho they say we could call and schedule a retake they only have 1 day and time and if you can't make it well... to bad so sad! In my case will be out of the country on that date and they didn't even try to accommodate in any other way! They didn't even hesitate to answer that they won't do it any other day. Thank You for Nothing.

Very unhappy with our child's recent graduation pictures. My child's face looks so unnatural in the pics. We took much better pics on the same day of our child with our own Nikon camera!! We feel it's a once in a lifetime memory which was ruined.Schools should look at better options!

I was just looking at my daughter’s school photo now and remembered the amazing service I received from Added touch photography so I decided to leave this review.A few hours before the school photo shoot, my daughter slipped on a wet floor and hit her face pretty badly. The proof of her picture we received was of course not great so we requested a retake but unfortunately it did not reach the school office or the photographer so her retake picture was never taken. She came home crying and told me she missed it, so I reached out to Added touch photography and told them what happened. They replied to my email with retouched photo so I could order pictures.You did such an amazing job retouching. You made my daughter very happy. Thank you so much!

We din't like how our Daughter's photo turned out due to her posture, and at the re-take there was a mistake from either the company or school about the sibling photos that was never taken so we called and asked what happened. The very next day Added touch called us and schedualed our girls at the nearest school so we wouldn't miss out on that great Memory !! Thank you so much ! We we're very surprised to see a company that finally does go over and beyond for their clients.
