Incredibly inconvenient hours. Purolator loves to just skip the actual attempt to deliver anything and ends up dropping packages here. Anyone who works a regular job can’t make it in time to get packages.

5 stars isn’t enough. Got such a great service getting my print jobs done. It was a last-minute work needed to be done promptly, and they got it done before my requested time and double-checked all the details and quality for me.I am grateful for their hard work. Thank you so much!

I direct all my FedEx packages to this location as it is more convenient than shipping things to my home. The staff here are very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place!Big shout-out for the 2 ladies working there! Thank you both for always being so helpful!

Very disappointed in their customer service. I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars shipping with them, have had delays before but gave them the benefit of the doubt. But tried to send some time-sensitive marketing materials Purolator Overnight through them that took 5 days to reach the destination, caused from a tender problem on their end, and they wouldn’t do anything to help me other then give me the Purolator customer service number off the internet. When I asked them if they’re really willing to lose my business over $157, they basically said yes. Will be going somewhere else for all my commercial shipping needs now. Now to call Purolator and deal with another garbage company.

I had been here once before and got great service and when I couldn't find a delivery company that would help me I went back. The owner helped me as it turned out and he assured me my package would be delivered to downtown Vancouver for Monday. When he closed up that day, a Saturday, he found out he couldn't order a pickup after all for that same day so he personally drove to the Burnaby depot to try to get my package set for delivery for Monday but he was again told that wouldn't be possible. He knew it had to be delivered as it was for a legal matter and it couldn't be a day late so he called me twice and said he would personally deliver it himself to the recipient in Vancouver! He did that on Monday and then emailed me to confirm it had been done and provided a signed delivery notice so I had proof. Now that is what I call going above and beyond! I will never go anywhere else for any of my delivery or shipping needs. Thank you Nasser!!

Very good customer service,. I They listened to my needs. Atimes I did not have .75 cents to pay for a print job. They told me to go and pay later. They give every client personal attention. They are kind, fair and patient to me and every one that came in their store while I was there.

Their price is not fair totally.I had some letter size black and white printing.They asked me for $0.50/page !!!!I don't recommend them at all.
