Gotta give a shout out to Nick at Aqua boat club. Nick helped fix my Malibou boat and was very responsive on service. Impressive service and a great dude!! Thank you!!!

Extremely cool concept for a boat club. You arrive and your boat is already prepared for you when you get a time slot the. You walk up and get on the boat on a raised platform and they bring you to the water while you sit in your boat with your friends. They also are sure to stock up your cooler with ice if you ask:-)

Outstanding service provided by the crew at Aqua Boat Club! They're always friendly and helpful providing excellent service! On July 18th, they had a major equipment issue significantly limiting their lift capacity; however, the team at the launch efficiently and effectively kept things running despite the equipment limitations! Huge BRAVO to the guys at the launch for keeping the boats moving with minimal delay! You guys ROCK!

We've been using Aqua Marine for the last 2 years. We're very pleased with the service and convenience of Aqua Marine. Our boat is always ready when we need it, and the top up fuel service gives us peace of mind that we always have a full tank before we hit the water. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Not sure where the positive comments are coming from. I have been there for years and the last 2 years I have seen a huge decline in service. The guys working are great (super nice) but they seem understaffed and not as many machines as before. This year I called maybe 10 times to get my boat out and maybe 6 of those times they said they were too busy or they couldnt do it till like 4pm. They simply are running with less people or equipment but the price is the same. I cant imagine other people are not seeing the same thing I am because it was so noticeable this year. Nobody reached out to me the multiple times I spoke up.I thought maybe because they are moving ahead developing the land and they were trying to get people to leave. I bailed. Too bad it WAS a great service.

Love the valet and fueling service along with the free bag of ice. We leave our home in lower mission and are in the water boating within 15 minutes. This valet service is the best and carefree way for boating. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even cleaning the boat for winter storage, the staff had our boat on the stand and access to water so that we could clean it (this is also a service they offer, however we decided to do it ourselves). I believe if we didn't have this service, we wouldn't have been boating as much as we were this past summer. Looking forward to 2019 and another carefree boating year.

Unbelievably great service. I've been a customer of the valet service for 9 years. Last year, we signed up for the Boat Club. This year there will be two more boats in the club. Love the cost savings of the club, and the choice of boat. AMV makes boating easy - no trailer, no truck, just boating. Disclosure: I am an employee of Mission Group, but everything written here is true.

For 4 years I was a happy AMV customer. I had purchased a used boat (18 foot open bow Maxum) and had a summer condo across the street at Playa Del Sol. The launch and pick up service is great and the staff are very friendly.Why one star? I came to take my boat out in the spring of 2019 during the boat show in Kelowna. They reluctantly sent someone to launch my boat so I could trailer it back to AB. Here is the big problem...All of the engine plugs were removed from the boat for winterizing but they never red ticketed the ignition or advised me separately that this was the case. Had the boat been started on the lake it would have sunk or exploded.When contacted, their representative fell back on the old “that was included in the service notes from winterization last fall” justification.I did love the convenience and service but watch yourself...this company does not care for your safety AT ALL when you are wrapping up your service with them.I am deeply disappointed with their attitude and lack of safety practices after having spent well over $15,000 at this business.Caveat Emptor
