CRC used to be great ten years ago. In 2023 it is very hard to qualify for a study. I feel as if they take my answers from the pre test and use it for their study, all without paying anyone money. From two to five research studies per year before now I do not qualify for any study anymore. They will be sending you emails with new studies often then you sit down and answer pre-screening questions wasting 10 or 20 min. Then suddenly after one question the thing is over and I have sorry you don't qualify page". I feel as if CRC gets my pre screening questions and dont bother inviting me to pay money."

This location is NOT wheelchair accessible and unless you know the building you will not know how to get in through the back door. They need to tell people coming for studies about the long flight of stairs AND have a sign up indicating how to access the business.

Time was these surveys were great for quick cash but no longer. Now they pay with an etransfer that takes forever to get. I've been waiting over a week for money and they send an email saying they'll send it in a few days. For crying out loud, just pay it, don't dangle the payment. Very unprofessional as they blame this on Covid
