If anyone knows what 'Holmes on Homes' does, they should make a show called 'Campbell's on Cars'. Fountain Tire - Kingsway not only ripped me off, they couldn't fix the 'rattling' front end noise I was having. As soon as I brought my car to Campbell's Auto Works, they were able to find the front end 'rattling' noise and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. The only problem I'm going to have with Campbell's Auto Works is that I'm going to have to wait a bit longer to have my car serviced because more people will know that the do GREAT WORK for a REASONABLE cost.

Campbell and his techs have worked on my Jaguar XFR , Jag F-Pace and Accord. They are knowledgeable and their prices are very fair. Great communication giving updates of my repairs. I have referred many friends to his shop and they are all happy with their work.

He is greedy and amateur, therefore it was a poor experience and a waste of money. I recommend only going to him if you know the work because he is too lazy to put in the effort to find it. Also, keep an eye on your work because he increases the work and takes extra money by not being careful while changing the parts.

Exceptional shop. Read this. I really really like Campbell and his team. Disregard 1* reviews because this small find for car repair is a gem and a true honest small business owner. One of the 5* reviews on the page here said he treats your car and work as if it's a Lamborghini and I admire and agree. I always like to read the reviews especially those who write 1* who are often difficult people to begin with**; please disregard their false claims and inaccurate situation description; I hate it when others slander or misrepresent in a review. Campbell is a hard working business owner, with bare bones no glitz shop (said utmost positively), who treats me, an uneducated car owner, with ultimate respect. My father was a customer first and I began to take my car there; the diagnosis is FAIR and trustworthy. The shop is a small team of hardworking mechanics who work hard and downright the representation of GOOD working people running an honest, and hard business against the big fancy shops.Campbell knows car repairs are a big expense for most people and I would not believe for a minute he inaccurately, or intentionally misdiagnoses or pushes parts. This is just not in the DNA in the integrity of Campbell as a person. He's a working man who know others also are in a bind financially too. I appreciate the heart and soul of small business, hard working mechanics and business owners. I have a whack load of repairs sadly for an aging car, and we've prioritized in order which ones are urgent or can be held off. That's a valued, non-rip off strategy for a customer. Super patient and fair, and remember - this is a business. So be a good customer, pay the asking price, this is how small businesses feed their families and put roofs over their heads too. Before complaining about paying for stuff, or implying they ripped you off, or bait and switch, if you're not happy, feel free to go to the service dealership pay 20% more, they'll charge for premium parts and fees for diagnosis, but they'll wash your car, they have fancy waiting rooms, coffee machines, wifi, TV and you'll feel good. I rather wash it myself, take it to a great place where the humble business owner is extremely responsive to my incessant questions (picks up the phone himself and responds to calls), fair on costs and no complicated fare. One day these small shops will be out of service as no one wants to run these tough repair businesses as owners age out and we'll all be stuck paying dealership service repair. **Be grateful and nice to your service providers and they'll be nice to you. Thank you Campbell. The JCW family, daughter and dad.

Campbell took care of me real good. Made me feel like my car was a Lamborghini when it's really a fiesta and he charged me Toyota repair prices. The mechanics have cute outfits too.

Reliable, honest and professional. Since almost 3 years I bring my private car to Campbells. He does such a great job, that even my company brings in the whole fleed to him now and we never got disappointed. Here you got some value for your money!!! Both thumbs up!

Please stay away from this mechanic.I was told that he was able to fix the problem, I don’t remember the exact quote but it was about $2000.I agreed to have him start the work and after 2 weeks I was told it going to cost $7000-8000 because he didn’t diagnose the issue properly. After $550 in labor costs I was told that I needed to purchase the parts as they were non refundable. What mechanic buys the parts first and finds out that the issues are after the fact.
