Appartements Le D'Assigny

Emplacement parfait, à quelques pas (à l’intérieur en cas de mauvais temps!) du métro et de tous les services, personnel très professionnel et courtois, piscine, belle terrasse et beau parc pour enfants. Logements super bien insonorisés.

Worest managements its 4 days i am calling them to fix washroom light.They got a useless manager which can never be found at office. LOOK else where to RENT.

Immeuble bien situé, notre appartement est silencieux, tout refais à neuf et électroménager neufs à notre arrivée, personnel efficace et agréable

The front desk today the 2nd ,November 2020 around 9 pm 05 is really direspectful and useless in terms of customer's service. If you do not like that job you may just find another one.

I know at least two people at the front desk (not new ones actually) who have never been nice to me. Kind of disrespects. You would be very lucky to call or talk to the manager directly. She also never answers your letters or emails. It is as difficult as talking to Justin Trudeau.

I don't understand why some people made lies about this place. It is ok if you don't like, but do not make lies. I have been here almost 3 years and I have never seen any crimes here. Management responds quick always. It took some times, but always faster than other apartment in Montreal. They are good and gentle always. I saw someone said there was gunshot fires in these area. Really? Can you prove it? If that things weren't happened before 2018, I should know.

Very surprised about the rating of this property.This is one of the best I lived in Montréal areaThe property is very well maintained.Super clean.Security is 24/7The office is open 7 days a week they even after hours staff for emergency.The pool and terraces are beautifulThey added a parc for kidsA lot of green space accessible to resident only.The customer service is great honestly.We have a cafe on the main floor, a library with free books, a convenience store (dépanneur) , Gym , beauty salon, hair salon, nail salon...Covered access to the metro, is VERY helpful in winter.Like common this place is amazing to be honest...I do not understand the negative reviewsMy apartment is HUGE, very bright, large balcony, storage space is very helpful as well.I Definitely recommend this building to friends

The front desk staffs were disrespectful to me several times. The manager never answers your letter or request. I, myself, plan to go to the rental board after the pandemic.
