Kozy himself is okay, but he has some very rude and inefficient people working for him. I used to work with them a lot because of my job. I’ve seen these people take full-on advantage of people’s hardships and treat them like dirt while doing it. It’s truly horrible the way the choose to conduct their business, They’ll take everything you own with no intention of giving it back. Best bet is to avoid this place unless your bail amount is no more than 200 dollars.Best of luck and Godspeed.

One of the best agencies. They will work with you if you haven't already screwed them over. If you can prove you can make payment or someone else proves they can make payments they will work with you. Just be honest and don't bs them around. Only bad mark is have is their not the best at contacting you back so don't feel bad for being a bug. Oh and P.S. Try to stay out of trouble so you don't have to deal with them. Lol

kozy bond assisted in helping get my uncle out of jail. Then after case was done. Lost our over $650 dollar key fob and title to my vehicle. And won't accept responsibility for there mess up. We asked to meet in person to get my key fob and title back and refused. But was perfectly fine meeting to accept it for collateral. But then said they would mail it out instead of easily meeting up like In the beginning. Its been 2months and still no title or key fob and refuses to take responsibility for there carelessness. Would not recommend to anyone.

I needed information about a friend, her charges, and her bail. Also was unsure about how to go about bailing her out. I called at around 4pm and spoke with who I'm assuming is the owner/operator and as he was driving at the time he called me back after pulling out of traffic. I explained the situation and gave him the nessecary information and he said he'd find out the pertinent information on her charges and bail and call me back at a later time as he was on his way to another county's jail. I expected a long wait as I didn't even have the money to bail her out at that time. He surprised me by calling back within a half hour and giving me a quote and explaining how bail works. He was prompt, polite, direct, honest and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't raise funds to bail my friend out, but if I had I would have definitely called Kozy Bail Bonds. In the future if I am ever in need of a bondsman I will use Kozy, and I suggest anyone in need of one give them a try. I'm not sure what counties they work in, but I was in need of help for a friend that was in Roscommon County Jail and I believe he said he was on his way to Ogemaw County Jail when I called.

Lady who answered was rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a criminal and I wasn't even the one in jail! She ignored me and spoke over me when I tried to ask questions. After a few seconds while I said ma'am" several times simply trying to ask her something

Great people there. Nice friendly, cozy, office environment. The People that work there are very nice. The only thing I know they do there is to get people hooked up to monitoring devices like breathalyzer machines.
