I was in need of quick repairs after my ball joint fell apart while driving in the Henday. They provided me with a contact for a tow, squeezed me in and once my truck was in their hands it was repaired in no time. They really came to the rescue. Extremely satisfied with the top notch service.

Alberta Drive-Line has been the ONLY place In the area I have and will continue to bring my pickup for jobs too big for me to handle (aside from dealer specific BS). Being from out of province, having access to family run shops and wreckers with the hoists and tools, I never really had to experience the difficulty to find that reliable place to take my truck when issues arise (sometimes out of the blue). I have had small scale repairs and larger scale ones done by the guys at ADL and from MY experience they are honest, fair, straight up knowledgeable stand up dudes. From seals, suspension components, diagnosing my too far gone to save transmission to replacing it with another one I had shipped in, these guys can handle alot. Most recently I had them rebuild the rear differential on my Ram. There's a reason why good shops stay busy and stay around for a long time. Cheers.

I took some time to do this review, I have been a few times to this shop and they have always been professional and have excellent customer service, my last visit was a last-minute thing when my Jeep started to do some weird noise and they took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it right, the other shop I took it I found out because of them that they didn't do the complete job to save time, but at ADL they took the time and fixed right and explain to me what was wrong with the Jeep, thank you to all at ADL keep with the excellent job you guys are doing

The first time i got repair done there was about 25 yrs ago. I have used them about 6 or 7 times since then. Most recently they replaced a drive shaft assembly and i noticed a vibration and took it back. They determined that it was faulty and replaced it under warranty no issue. They dealt with the driveshaft supplier after they satisfied me. Good Work.

The best service! Yesterday was the second time using Alberta Drive-Line Ltd. They are great to deal with and awesome service! The first time was last year when I had to have rear axel seals pressed on my axels for my 2016 jeep. And this week, I had to have bearings pressed on my carrier in my 2014 Jeep. I called them in the morning, took my part in and they had it done and ready for pick up within a few hours. Cost effective and reliable. I will continue to use their services and I highly suggest you do too. :-)

Never take your transmission work here. Brought in my 46re to have it fully rebuilt. They were quick on getting back but now I know why. Had rpm surging problems that they knew about and so I booked it in after I reinstalled it in the truck, hooked everything up with care and followed the book for removal and installation processes. Took it to the appointment, they test drove it. Told me I need to gap my spark plugs? Change the brake booster valve? And a couple other small things so they could test it, which absolutely has nothing to do with the way the transmission is surging. It makes a gurgling sound in park after they took too much trans fluid out because they said it was over full which they never checked it in neutral. They checked it in park with the truck running which means the pump is running and reading max line over fill line. So now I'm out $2000.00 because Its gonna leave me stranded after it should of been done properly and the shift solenoid plug leaks and the pans leaks because they bent it. NEVER TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE. They are a quick fix shop and nothing else. It's currently getting done properly thank god. 752km since rebuild by the way. THAT'S IT!

My boyfriend had thousands of dollars of work done here multiple times, each time he left he realized they messed up big time on something else. One of these huge mistakes left us stranded on highway 93 with no service and had to hitchhike to the nearest town. Tried calling to discuss this with them and have not been able to have a discussion. Cowards. Terrible customer service, terrible mechanics. It’s not a rocket ship it’s a 1991 Chevy truck, they are pretty simple for “journeymen mechanics”. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I brought my 2012 Raptor to AB Drive line to get the transmission rebuilt. I was very happy with all the communication, there were no surprises, they were great to deal with, quick turnaround time, and the bill was very fair I thought! Transmission is just like new again, and shifts perfectly!
