They have a poor service been 6 day when we ask for eatimated but until now we didnt get the estimated for our van

Brad and his team are absolutely AMAZING. My boyfriend has been there twice now for work - once after a collision and once after a bumper incident when someone backed into him. I cannot rave enough about this company. He comes back smiling every time and is always talking about how awesome they are! They are quick, courteous and extremely professional.We will be sending his father their way also!!

Fairly quick. Kind service. Shocking, though, when my bill was 128 for an oil change!!

Excellent service. I stopped in for advice on changing a lightbulb, and as it was difficult to get to, the guys took it in, changed the lightbulb and buffed the light cover for me. All at no charge. Brad even ran to the store to grab a new bulb to get me back on the road in record time.

This guy only wants insurance jobs. I would take somewhere else for a second opinion. I did and saved thousands!!!

Everyone was a pleasure to deal with at Carstar Bonnyville. Dan, Chrystal and Brad were outstanding with their customer service. The work the techs did on our vehicle looks fantastic. Great work!

My vehicle was sent here for an insurance job. After 5 weeks, they still have it and it is not done so I will have to update on the paint and repair job once I get it back praying it is better than their awful customer service and communication and knowledge working with imports. First my SUV sat their for over 2 weeks until they sent my twin turbo BMW to a diesel mechanic." I asked Taylor if they had the correct devices to work on my vehicle and she said they could go through the mechanical end just not the codes. I explained that my vehicle is a theft recovery and pulled to the right as it was crashed and had many codes come on the screen for drivetrain malfuction and was not driving the same. She said if they could not read my vehicle it would be sent to another shop. Keep in mind BMW vehicles are suppose to only be worked on at BMW dealerships or certified shops as not only does it void the warrenty

Very professional and kept me informed of the progress of the work being done on my vehicle.
