The company is scamming people don't trust them!!! when I bought the number I paid $ 200, they said they would return it in three months, more than 6 months have already passed, they ignore my calls and messages and do not return the money, 4.5 months ago I ordered a phone from them, they still don’t have it, and again for messages and calls they do not answer, they took $ 40 for pre-order! the company is a deceiver! do not believe them, they deceive honest people!!!

Fantastic service...Thank you to Simranpreet and Team for providing the best, honest service. Your explanation of the plan types and the varia phones helped us create the best plan for our needs. It's rare you leave a purchase feeling part of the family, but you made my husband and I experience feel this way. We even engaged in conversations with other customer in the store and it felt like we were in a coffee shop..so relaxed.To the public...don't hesitate....go and see Simranpreet and Team..let them know you read my review!Thank you...truly 5+ stars. I only hope Rogers rewards their employees..you deserve a big thank you from them.

I went personally in store to get a better plan for my phone. Parmeet was really very helpful and provided me with the best deal. I am very happy with their customer service even other staff members are really helpful as well.

I had a really good experience at this store. All of the employees were very helpful and informative but Parmeet in particular stood out to me. She was very patient, knowledgeable about the current deals and phone plans. Thanks to her I was able to get the new phone I want and an amazing new phone plan that saved me a lot of money. I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this location.
