BRASSARD CONSTRUCTION
Fern and his crew were a dream to work with on our garage and apartment addition. He explained his quote and stuck to it. Any extra charges (due to soil conditions and some upgrades we chose) were fully explained in advance and charges were reasonable. The sub contractors (plumbing, roofing, etc) were also professional and a credit to the team. Ferns helpful suggestions - especially on our service room - made our project better, and now we have been using it two years with absolutely no problems. Highly recommended!!!!
