Purchased a STIHL chainsaw from them today. Went through it throughly with me and explained the basics. Great service.

I'm not overly impressed with my experience. I dropped off a 30 year old quad for servicing/tune up as it wasn't running right. I tried to describe the issue at the counter and the guy took down a few notes. When I got the quad back it ran fine for the first 1-2 kms, and then the top end blew. Turns out it wasn't getting oil due to a clogged filter. When called back, frustrated, the guy on the other end told me it wasn't his fault as it was a separate issue. He kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain i brought it in to be tuned up and they missed this. I ended up paying for a top end replacement for something I feel a reputable mechanic would have caught by simply giving the machine a thorough exam.

Purchased a chainsaw last week. Great folks - spent the time with me to go through the basics. Will be back.
