I called this Credit Union seeking advice and rates on a line of credit and was told by the lady I spoke with on the phone that she would not waste their time booking an appointment for me. I actually can not believe I was spoken to that way. The branch manager was as suppose to give me a call and never did either. Does not seem like they care at all about their customers.

This credit union lost $15k usd of mine and can't seem to find it for 6 weeks. It's not even the first significant wire transfer they got wrong (For anyone counting, it's the third). I was with them since 2003, and up until a year ago I would have recommended them in a heart beat. But the experience of late has completely ruined my satisfaction and good opinion of this institution. If I can't trust them with routine wire transfers, how can I trust them with anything else?

I have banking with meridian for almost 10 years now and they have always been extremely helpful,kind and considerate. I would never bank with the big banks again!! Strongly recommend them to anyone!! Keep up the good work
