My wife took her car in for an oil change and was charged 60 dollars for a cabin air filter and an additional 80 dollars in labour to install. It is not even a five minute job to change. Called in to inquire and got nowhere

I won't be going anywhere else, I have been in a few times for different matters and the young lady, Jessica, at the front counter is an absolute pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences here and would highly recommend them for all your vehicle needs.

Don’t even bother making an appointment. You will still wait 3plus hours.Also prices are max compared to elsewhere. Paying more money to sit and wait.

This is the WORST place you can go for any vehicle service. They give you appointments and make you wait for 3-4 hours. They’re inefficient and it’s a place where you go to cause more problems to your vehicle and you’ll have to fix it with an actual good place. I had to waste my 4 hours and 160+ dollars to understand how bad this place can be and how much damage they can cause to you.Never going back there!

They are very nice, j asked some details about the car service, tires, and some prices. They answered all my questions very well and clear. Even though they do not offer some of the service but they suggested me some places.

I dropped off Honda Civic 2017 to get oil change and regular brake system check. There was no major issue and just regular brake system check was required and requested.After they did work, I got ‘brake hold system problem’, ‘Electric parking brake problem’, and ‘brake system problem’ on my dashboard which were not shown originally.In customer perspective, we expect to get repaired or checked up but my vehicle got more problems than before I dropped off. It is 1year and 9month old and 26k mileage. So Disappointed about there work.

Appt made for faulty interior light on new truck.After an hour, I approached the service desk, seeking an update. To be ignored by receptionist, who finally said I will be with you in a moment. I asked the employee to notify me when they were available to communicate with me.It took another employee to acknowledge my simple inquiry.I was informed the light issue was corrected, then presented with a service bill.What should have been covered by warranty, was challenged, then accepted only by a third party phone in to clarify the billing process, being warranted.For a shop that just damaged our new truck during an oil change, I expected a tiny bit more of customer service and courtesy.Maybe Oakville team should review?

Quick Lane? More like slow lane.My usual oil change place was operating at reduced capacity and was busy so I decided to come here instead for oil and air. I am used to 15 minutes or less for turnaround for an oil change. Today at Quick Lane I had to wait over an hour and a half for my service to be completed. On top of this, my total bill exceeded what I normally pay at my usual oil change place. I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience as a customer at this business today and will not return. I recommend those looking for basic oil change services look elsewhere.

Awful place, run. They are the biggest rip offs, I supplied the brake shoes and they change them and charge me $250, and when I questioned them why it was so much they were very rude told me to do them myself next time, hopefully my 250 bucks will save you some money hope to see them go out of business they’re only operating at 25% capacity likely because there’s no mechanics that feel good about ripping families off

Nicola at the Grande Prairie quick lane has been incredible. Between the quick service, constant updates, reasonable pricing and friendly interactions I wouldn’t dare take my business elsewhere. All around highly recommended
