We love this place!! Only place my husband and I workout at when we're in town. Our fitness level is fairly advanced and Joey is always able to challenge us with a custom workout. My parents have also trained here over the past three years and that says a lot for them as they typically wouldn't be seen in a gym ; ) It helps that everyone who trains here is awesome and makes you feel like a regular!

Could not recommend more! Did personal workout sessions with Joey and it was everything I was hoping for (I recommend the 10-session pack). Joey is very knowledgeable and attentive and taught me better posture using mental images that made it much easier to get it. I felt as though the sessions were very much tailored to the objectives we had discussed, and not just a generic program. Joey is your guy if you're looking to learn to train better, build strength in a smart way, and have tangible takeaways for workouts on your own when you're done.

I had been working out on my own for about a year with mixed results. I had decent cardio and definitely some improvement on strength, but wasn’t feeling particularly balanced, and kept injuring myself.I joined Saint in January, 2019 and attended the small group training classes steadily for the first six months. Within a month or two I was developing muscle definition everywhere, which is what I had failed to do on my own. And all of the chronic aches and pains went away as well. (Still definitely felt a little sore after workouts, but it's a good sore.)Originally my intent was to just do six months, but now I’ve signed on for another six. If you have reservations about jumping on board the Crossfit train, I highly recommend checking out Saint and working with Joey. It might move a little more slowly than Crossfit, but it’ll get you where you’re going without breaking anything.
