Chipotle Mexican Grill
I have to say, the local Chipotle Mexican Grill is definitely one of my go-to places for a quick and satisfying meal. The location is very convenient, situated right at Yonge and Dundas, and the food is always delicious. However, there are a few things that could use some improvement.Firstly, the ordering process could be made more clear. Last week, I wasted about 15 minutes standing in the wrong line, only to realize that it was the line for paying for my food, not for ordering it. Some more visible signs directing customers to the proper order line would be greatly appreciated.Additionally, I have noticed that the restaurant could benefit from more frequent cleaning. While the overall cleanliness is not terrible, it's clear that some areas are not being attended to as frequently as they should be.One thing that I have noticed that is a bit disappointing is that the price of the food seems to have gone up recently, while the portion sizes have decreased. I hope that the management will take notice of this and work to improve the portion sizes so that customers can continue to enjoy a filling and satisfying meal at a reasonable price.Overall, despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend the local Chipotle Mexican Grill as a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. The location is very good, the food is consistently delicious, and with a few small improvements, it could be an even better experience.

Honestly I don’t see the hype around chipotle. Maybe it was what we ordered, but the food didn’t taste very good to us at all and it was super salty. We ordered the guacamole and the chicken al pastor burrito bowl on brown rice. Somehow every part of the burrito bowl was incredibly salty. The only good thing was the guacamole, it was so flavourful and delicious! However, the chips were also pretty salty. That being said, the service as incredibly efficient and had good customer service. Overall not a bad place to go to, but I wouldn’t go here again for an actual meal (just the guacamole).

First time ever at Chipotle,The french guy there was so rude and demeaning. I didn't know what protein options they offer, he treated me like I was clueless. Sir, it's just my first time here. The food tasted great, however overpriced nacho bowl and mean service. Dillion the manager was nice, I appreciated him jumping in.

Went during peak lunch hour. Service moves along VERY quickly so do not worry about being stuck in the line. Tried their newest seasoned chicken for the protein option and it was delicious.

Chipotle Mexican Grill
I wanted to drop a comment about this certain Chipotle branch. I always have an awesome experience because the staff is great but one continuous problem I’ve come across at this exact location is the amount the steak is undercooked. I understand the steak is supposed to be medium rare, but it’s definitely on the rare side and I’m saying this as a long time Chipotle consumer who’s had the steak from all locations in Toronto. The steak is being undercooked at this Yonge and Dundas branch and I would appreciate if management can look into this. I visit this branch often and I love it but this is a major issue that needs to be fixed, please and thank you!

Food is ok. They did not tell us the kids menu is spice.All tables are dirty, no body clean them. I asked for something to wipe the table and the employee told me to use tissue paper. How am I supposed to clean up the sauces on table?

My friends and I went there for lunch, and it was amazing. I got a burrito bowl, which I really enjoyed and would recommend. The prices were also reasonable. The service was really quick, and the location was really clean. It was definitely an enjoyable experience and meal.

I think my favorite food Pizza, might just got replaced with the amazing Quesadillas from Chipotle. This food will leave you spending more than anticipated but this is just so worth it. The chicken burrito bowl is also another favorite dish that I loved from this location.The containers include minimal plastic and I love that for nature.This store is definitely one of my favorite location among other branches!!

I walked in with a puppy i was petsitting because there was no signs on the door or at the front indicating that dogs are forbidden. I looked kinda rough because of a monthly feminine issue, if you know what I mean. I was in line already when the manager and a couple employees come up to me to say i was “making people feel uncomfortable”. Did not tell me to leave or anything, just that. I ended up going to Five guys and found solace in their delicious fries… time for some training! do better!

The food was tremendously tasty, and the location is very convenient in Toronto's Downtown Square. If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to have lunch, this is the best option, especially their veggie bowl.
