Canine Divine

We brought our pup to Canine Divine today after he had a not so great experience at another groomer that left him anxious, nervous, and with a very silly looking haircut.He left looking AMAZING, and he was clearly happy when we picked him up. I am so pleased with the service we received , and we will be return customers. Thanks, Canine Divine!

I brought my dog rusty in to have a bath and his nails clipped. He’s a bigger dog and has short hair so he’s not much maintenance wise. I called ahead to get a price check and let them know it was his first time, so I was nervous how he would do, even though he has a calm demeanor and is a service animal. They were very understanding and did a great job. They aren’t super expensive and have a calm environment there. I know they care about their animals and really do work on a one to one basis based on the animal they are working with. Would recommend!

The groomers and staff here are wonderful, and the nail trim is a great deal!

I had taken my dog here once before and didn't have any issues, however, this second time around the customer service was not great and I left feeling uncertain if I should leave my dog there with them. When they finished the job and I picked him up from their facility, I noticed he was a little wet. Overall, I think for me the customer service could be better. I hope in the near future others have a more pleasant experience.

I absolutely love this place. My little dog has always hated being groomed and they take great care of him. They do a great job and are very reasonable.

I just moved to Bemidji and was referred to Canine Divine by a friend. I am SO glad I listened because our little maltipoo can go from adorable & fluffy to looking like a large rodent if his hair is cut too short. I'm pretty easy to please. My general instructions are, Just don't make him look stupid." When his hair is too short he looks really weird.I showed the groomer a picture to communicate the length I wanted and how I wanted his face to look - hair shorter but not so short he wasn't cute anymore. He returned exactly how I wanted. He still has enough hair on his face to have a personality

I highly recommend this place! I brought my cat in today for grooming for the first time. He has fine,cottony,long hair that mats easily this time of year.The groomer did a lion cut on him and he looks great! The price was reasonable. The staff is friendly and professional. Excellent service

I don’t typically write reviews, but the owner of this business is so kind. A mistake was made during the grooming of my dogs and she went out of her way to correct it. Aside from the mistake, the groom was of very high quality. You can tell she is so passionate about her line of work and truly cares about the quality of service and care your pets receive. I can’t speak highly enough.

Well, as a first timer I was disappointed especially after hearing such great reviews. I expected better service than received. It was to be a puppy spa...it wasn't quite to my expectations. I was so excited to bring my fur baby there. Part of the description of what entailed the special treatment was my pup would have a bath, blow dry, nail trim/file/paw hair trim, and a ear cleaning. He was terrified as it was when I left him. I swear he had tears in his eyes when I got him. He sure got his nails trimmed...leaving 4 of his nails bleeding, no filing, no paw hair trimmed and I really didn't feel like he had a good bath. I was kind of upset. It was our first time and I belive it will also be our last. I was told it would take over an hour, I was called in 40 minutes. It was definitely a rush job and my poor puppy suffered for it. He didn't even want to go for a walk that night, I knew his nails hurt him. I hope with this review, the owner and manager make sure to schedule enough time to do a quality job. It's more about quantity as it appears. As pet owners, our animals deserve better treatment.
