Terrible and very frustrating service. My hardwood floor in the living room has 2 running parallel black lines that look like someone took a sharpie and drew 2 lines across about 15 panels! (a lot of damaged pannels). These lines do not come off and I had the builder come in and confirm that quality sterling is the one who has to come in to redo the work. Quality sterling took a few months to get in touch with me to book the first appointment. Their worker was booked to come in at 12pm and when he came he said I don’t know why they booked me for half a day of work since my panels would take a full day to be replaced. I then had to reschedule the appointment. Rescheduled to a monday and no one shows up (i had to take a day off work to wait on these guys). I then call the builder and they say ok we are on this. I wait all day for a call back and no one calls even though the builder got in touch with quality sterling and followed up with me afterwards to see if i got contacted by anyone. The next day, the well spoken sales rep from quality sterling calls back and says that my appointment was actually scheduled for a Friday, not the Monday of that week. Trying to make it look like I mixed up the days. He said someone will be at my house between 8-8:30am on Friday. I take off Friday from work and the quality sterling worker comes in at 1pm!!!! Not at 8-8:30! It says on his work order it’s more than 13 panels that have to be changed which is a full days work. Why in the world would you send another guy over just to realize he cannot do the job in 3 hrs. And this worker had 2 jobs booked for same day, which definitely could not be completed since my job alone requires a full day of work. The worker (who ia a very nice guy and it’s not his fault that the sales ppl dont seem to know what they are doing) and I both try to reach anyone at the company to find out why this happened, tried to call multiple times for 15 minutes straight, no answer. Reception voice mail comes on every time u try to call. I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Things happen and mistakes happen but have the courtesy and professionalism to call the client and explain what happened and the sales reps should be the ones calling rather than have clients running after them trying to book an appointment!Do yourself a favor and do not use these guys!!!

Quality of their contractor is hit and miss. This is a company that exploit their contractors, they essentially make money from subcontracting and do not offer any quality or guarantee. We fired them.

Our Walnut hardwood was installed in our living and dining area in less than a day. Emil arrived on time and completed the entire room by mid afternoon, he was neat, organized and respectful of our home. A job well done, we look forward to doing the rest of our home with Quality's products and services.

I worked for QSG roughly 2 years ago, there is 100% nepotism, they are completely disorganized and when I wrote out a new process to streamline their terrible filing system I was let go. The whole situation is laughable I now get paid to write out processes and improve current ones. Andrew the owners son is rude and and not sure if Nicole is still there but she could never admit when she was wrong. Top that off with a manager who covers for their terrible operational decisions and you have a company that has high turnover rate and poor service. Bad training, no room for improvement because they are stuck in their old thinking and no hope for future employees to shine. The saving grace to that job was Raymond and Tito.

I would give less than 1 star but this company can thank Google reviews for at least not allowing a no star rating!What a joke of a company! In my case I didn't choose this company for my hardwood flooring... they contract services on a large scale to BIG builders so they both can enjoy PROFITS while the the consumer gets screwed at the bottom as usual! I'm disgusted that customer service and following up on their extremely poor installation has resulted in no response. 2 no show service calls and no apology or follow up from them! WILL YOU TRUST THEM? Maybe you will have better luck if you are rich and building a mansion in King city. Don't get me started on the builder or FAKE TARION warranty that the lazy government should have broken up long ago.We need to stop being so passive in Canada and consumers need to stop accepting ABUSE from corporations.

After they scheduled 2 apointments in which I waited all day for the repair person nobody showed up and nobody called saying they would not be coming. I have emailed and called the service coordinator multiple times with no response. I have now been waiting since June for them to finally make an appointment and actually arrive for the appointment scheduled. Terrible customer service nobody ever picks up any phone calls. Don't waste your time with this company you will be very disappointed. Would give a 0 if possible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I scheduled a pick up yesterday at 1pm for my hardwood flooring order. I waited an hour and a half for assistance. I was asked multiple times by multiple warehouse employees if I needed assistance. It was clear I wasn't helped as I was sitting at the back of an empty U-Haul truck, watching other deliveries being addressed. The most ironic thing is I was told to give notice of my pick up a day prior so the skids could be organized accordingly; clearly that didn't happen. I'm surprised Google doesn't allow a no star review.

Thanks so much to Andrew for giving me such great advice on the broadloom to install in all of our main floor bedrooms! Renovations are not fun but dealing with Quality Sterling Group to get that" part done in a timely fashion helped me out a lot. George the installer was very friendly and professional
