got held up by a silverback armed with a dictionary. only survived when the IT dept came and rescued me with their new AI laser cannon. dirtied my pants but was pretty cool i guess.

The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) is one of the three campuses of the University of Toronto, located in Scarborough, a suburb of Toronto, Canada. The campus was established in 1964 and has grown to become one of Canada's top comprehensive universities.UTSC offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs across various fields, including arts and sciences, management, and computer science. The campus has a diverse student population, with over 14,000 undergraduate and graduate students from around the world.The campus is known for its strong research focus, with many faculty members conducting research in areas such as environmental science, neuroscience, and global health. UTSC is also home to a number of research centers and institutes, including the Centre for Critical Development Studies, the Centre for French and Linguistics, and the Centre for Teaching and Learning.

This University is what you make out of it. I think what could really improve the teaching is if everyone did their Course Evaluations! If nobody says anything about the bad professors nothing changes.

A welcome and very tight-knit community, the Scarborough campus is a wonderful break from the busy life of downtown Toronto. With plenty of access to the campus via public transit, it's easy to find your way. Professors are very approachable and class sizes are well considered. With the arrival of pandemic, the class offerings have diminished but the effort put in by the professors to create a quality online learning environment is undeniable. UTSC is a great campus to still stay connected with nature without losing out on the interconnectedness of the city. Highly recommended!

Large campus with a ton of ravine and park area. Parking is still severely cramped for how many students it has.

Such a nice campus! Set on the edge of a picturesque valley, backing onto Morningside Park. If you're interested in a walk off the beaten path, take a stroll around the campus, check out the Rock Walk"

I did not have the best experience the first and the second year I attended this university. But it’s only as positive as you think it to be.The sciences program is pretty solid here. Lots of opportunities to create extracurricular opportunities or join it. You can form some great relationships here if you choose to.It is a very small campus so it is great to not have to walk far distances to attend classes. It also has an amazing park called The Valley, which is a great stress relief.This university is very inclusive, intimate, and a close community. You choose what you want to do and you get out of it what you put in. I highly recommend joining extracurricular activities as well as any school opportunities.Good luck with your future studies:)

my friend took me on a campus tour here! many of the buildings look sad (especially the science one) but the valley land trail is lovely. no longer a UTSC disliker.

OK place to study. No cheap healthy food options but there is a La Prep on campus. The library is pretty large but it does get crowded quickly and places near outlets on campus are nearly always taken. Other than that class sizes are manageable and it's a beautiful campus to study on. The professors are overall great to talk to and very responsive to individuals during class and office hours.

Beautiful trail through mostly natural setting with a river running through it. Well kept trails. Parking at the University is payed parking, but it's free to park in the parkkng lot on old kingston road just south of the university.
